About: I’ve been caring for animals for more than 30 years, starting with pet sitting for neighbors when I was in elementary school. While attending college in Raleigh, I expanded my pet sitting work and cared for multiple families with a wide range of pets and personalities. Before moving back to this area, I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, where I provided daily exercise, supervised play, administered medications—including insulin injections—and made sure each dog felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. My goal is simple: to give your pet dependable care, attention, and companionship while you’re away. Whether that means a walk, playtime, a midday potty break, or extra patience with senior pets, I treat every animal with the same kindness and attentiveness I’d want for my own. I understand that every pet has a different routine and comfort level, and I’m happy to follow your instructions closely so your pet feels secure, happy, and well cared for. I work remotely, so my daytime schedule is flexible and easy to plan around. My weekly routine is generally very consistent, which means I know my availability well in advance and can provide dependable walks, drop-in visits, and midday care without last-minute surprises. Pet care fits naturally into my day—I’m able to step away for walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, or medication visits while still keeping a reliable schedule for both pets and their owners. At this time, I’m not able to offer boarding in my home, but I take caring for pets in their own environment seriously. When I’m in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would expect in my own. I always make sure doors are secure, water bowls are fresh, and pets are safe and comfortable before I leave. I also pay attention to small details—cleaning up any messes, checking that toys are safe, and moving anything that could pose a risk (for example, a torn stuffed toy that could be chewed apart). One of the best compliments I’ve received from a client came after a week-long house sit: they told me, “It never even looked like you were here.” That’s exactly the experience I aim to provide—reliable, attentive care for your pet, and complete peace of mind for you.

About: Im extremely reliable and confident. Been watching children, dogs, and a CNA for a long time. I enjoy all kind of pets and feel they deserve good attention and care. I’m a stay at home mom, I could use a little money and getting out as well. I think this would be great for me. About: Hello my name is Noah, I’ve taken care of many breeds of dogs and cats all ages for many years. I have dealt with all age groups with a variety of specialized needs from diets to health needs. I not only have my own fur babies but I take care of the dogs and cats at work by walking them, making sure they have food and water, and clean safe place to sleep. I work with kids in a group home and I work a week on a week off so on my weeks off I have open availability. I am new to NC as I just got married and my wife Kaylee who also has worked with kids and has 10+ years of experience and I are looking for a second job to add some extra purpose and happiness and as much as we love animals I know this would be a great fit. Her and I are both happy to come on meet and greets and discuss any and all pet care needs and we share duties and responsibilities on rover due to schedules. Her and I want to always make sure we respect any owners care instructions and make sure your fur babies are given the best care possible so that you can be assured they are cared for while you are away. I love all animals and am always looking to get involved and give back where I can as animals give so much selfless love to humans. I’m very active and have helped with potty training as well as training kittens to use the litter box. I feel I have a lot of patience and understanding to each animals and families individual needs. I have a pretty flexible schedule and can manage my time very well. I hope to find a few good fits as I finish school and to provide the best care to the animals and owners. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs and also walk them daily. They are crate trained and house trained as well. If the customer has a fenced in yard that is great and if not I do not mind going on walks or jogs with the dogs.

About: I know how important it is for animals to feel at home, even when their family is away. I enjoy being able to be there for them so they don't have to be boarded. Animals are a special part of every family. I am flexible and work around my pets schedules so they feel at home while their family is away from home. I come to them so they don't have to leave home. I come right to the animal's home so they never have to leave. It makes me smile to know they feel safe in their normal environment while their family must be away.

About: i’ve took care of multiple cats and dogs throughout my childhood my parents always had a lot of pets. it would hurt my heart if an animal wasn’t fed, walked, and bathed the way they should be Want to put my full heart into pet sitting. About: I have had many different animals my entire life including cats, ferrets, chinchillas, chickens, ducks, hamsters, rabbits… In my 20’s I founded “Not Just Pets, Professional Pet Care”. In my 30’s I founded “Equine Specialist, Care and Training”. I had horses for over 30 years. I trained, showed, pleasure road, belonged to 3 horse clubs and eventually started my own 4-H club. I have bred and trained Boston Terriers and German Shepherds. Currently, I have 4 dogs that I rescued from a SC kill shelter. I have worked with Aly from Coal Mountain and Karen from Arcadia Animal Rescue’s. Both have been amazed by how well adjusted the four dogs have become considering how terrified they were in which no one else would take a chance on. Animals are my passion and greatest friends! I am currently taking an online course to become a Certified Canine Massage Therapist. I work for myself taking care of Seniors and animals. Relocated 04.07.2025 from Maine. I make my own schedule and am flexible to care for your furry family! Every situation can be different. Meeting with the client and their animals is important. I like to know about any vices, medications, vet info, where supplies are at, etc. Taking notes and leaving daily notes for each client keeps communication open and I find is appreciated.

About: I have experience with cats and dogs, but this will be my first year helping families in the area. Let me know how I can help! I am a recently retired school teacher, and I am looking to fill in my schedule with dog walking/ pet care. My schedule is pretty flexible. I have one black cat who is indoor and outdoor, and she comes and goes as she pleases. She has the freedom to roam my neighborhood and loves my covered porch for basking in the sun.

About: I have had pets since I was young. I pet sit for family members and friends regularly. My dog is my child and I treat other's pet the same way. I am currently working a full time job. During the week, I am available after 5pm. On Friday- Sun, I am available any time of the day. I make sure the pets have food and water. I like to walk the pets so they don't have built up energy.
