She has her own dogs which are very well taken care of and better trained than my Bara, mine is an only-puppy so it helped with socializing her! She gave me daily updates with very detailed info on my puppy's day and tons of photos and videos. She played with her, gave her tons of treats, took her out on walks and even had movie night with her! I didn't have to worry at all. She completely won my Bara's heart.”

“First time using Karen and Donald, and first time using rover app. We have a new puppy and were needed someone to watch her while we went to a conference in Hershey. We met with Karen and Donald first a few days prior and it was obvious they were both true dog lovers. They answered all questions and were accommodating to all of our requests. During the stay we were updated throughout the day with pictures and how Lola was doing. It was a stress free experience and I would happily recommend Karen and Donald.”

“Chrisie was AH-MAZING!! We were in a pinch 8 hours from home and seeing how our baby weighs 162 pounds, finding a caretaker isn't the eaiest of tasks! Even with 5 dogs under 15 pounds in her home she was still willing to atleast give us a meet & greet. The meet went great and Maysen proceeded to stay with Chrisie that weekend! “Bryan was great. He and his wife are very nice and they were very kind to our two Small Munsterlander dogs. Very accommodating and willing to do whatever is needed. We did a quick meet / greet at the park prior to the drop off date. While they were with Bryan, he sent pictures and videos, they had great play time in his fenced yard and enjoyed the socializing with his other dogs. They were worn out when we picked them up! They had a great time. I would definitely recommend Bryan and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again”

“Amber was fantastic. She was sympathetic to my worry over my first time leaving Bean. She was thoughtful, taking time each day to send me photos and videos with updates on how he was doing. She updated me at least twice a day while taking care of other dogs, her own animals, her business, and her family. She went above and beyond. When we arrived home and unpacked his bag, she had taken the time to handcraft an ornament with his name. This will be Bean's first Christmas and she gave us his first ornament. We suffered the loss of both of our beloved dogs, Cappy and Blue within less than 3 months less than a year ago. One from old age and one from cancer. We have been so careful and diligent with our new rescue Bean. She knew this and accommodated our paranoia with compassion and understanding. Bean is our little wild child and she took care of him as her own. We highly recommend her and value her as our sitter. It eases our minds knowing that he has a place to go if we need to get away for a day, or go on vacay without our little buddy.”

About: Hello all, I've owned cats, dogs, and horses for over 20 years now and was their main caregiver starting at 8 y.o. I've worked at many horse barns and pet sitter for many many friends over the years. I have skills in pet healthcare (administering medication, baths, cutting nails, etc), young animals, dog & horse training, rescue animals, and elderly animals. I do my best to provide stress free care for your pets. I am currently working from home full-time! So there is always someone around to take care of your pet! My husband and I mostly like to relax and unwind at home with the occasional dinner date or movie, but are flexible and will be upfront with owners if their pet’s needs cannot be met! When pets are in my home, I always take note of the their state of wellness, looking for stress or anything out of the ordinary. I also will inspect the environment to ensure dangerous items (small items/chocolate/other) are out of reach. While we do not have a fenced in backyard we do have a lunge line that will allow your pet to enjoy running around in the backyard but provides a limit so pets do not go near the back alley road! I make sure pets have access to water at all times. I am able to administer medications easily whether it is as simple as pill pockets or even injections. We also have two dogs of our own as well as a cat! Geordi is a 10 year old Australian Cattle dog who is energetic but respects other pets space, Thor is a 1 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who loves other playmates, and Wynnona is that our 4 year old cat who tends to mind her own business!

From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly professional—but what truly blew us away was everything that happened *after* we booked her for what was supposed to be just a single day. Due to unexpected circumstances on our end, that one day turned into three… and she handled it with nothing but grace, flexibility, and genuine care. She went out of her way to return our dog to us, taking not one but TWO Ubers to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Who does that?! That level of dedication, effort, and positivity is almost unheard of. The entire time, she maintained the most amazing attitude—warm, patient, and completely unbothered—when most people would understandably be stressed or frustrated. It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are. She didn’t just “watch our dog”—she showed kindness, flexibility, and a level of commitment that genuinely meant a lot to us during a stressful situation. If you are even *considering* booking with her, do it immediately. She is reliable, compassionate, communicative, and truly goes the extra mile (literally and figuratively).
