About: I have been lucky enough to be married to a beautiful woman who is also a Veterinarian and who for the past 22 years has been with me every step of the way as I have learned to raise, train and care for dogs from all walks of life. I enjoy the simple walks or a romp through the forest with your pet. And my heart still breaks with joy when I get to spend time with senior companions. As an addendum, one of the most thrilling things that I enjoy is working with aggression issues. Whether a dog comes from a home or from the Shelter here in Jackson, I have been able to help them become good citizens through spending time in nature. With my dogs as their guides they learn to run, explore and gain confidence in themselves as they travers mountain trails, ford streams, swim through beaver ponds and play by the river. Via the new sights, sounds, scents and experiences, they realize there is no longer a need for an aggressive face. Spending time in a natural and non threatening environment, with other dogs, teaches them that they are no different from any other. They sense there is nothing to fear and that they are just one of a very large pack, a pack that exists no matter where they go. I believe in being with your pet pretty much 24/7 . Well exercised, lots of play, every dog deserves this. From full on doggie boot camp with swims and trails to just relaxed easy walks, I cater to every dogs needs. I will enjoy focused time with your dog wherever you prefer, your choice or on a nature walk with me regardless of the time of the year. There is no iPhone use, just quality time with lots of interaction.

About: Growing up in Jackson, I’ve volunteered at the local animal shelter learning how to take care of animals and their individual needs. I’ve grown up with animals all my life, and I adopted my dog in college and we’ve been best pals ever since. We love to hike around the Tetons or at Emily’s pond and spend tons of time outside enjoying the sun! I am flexible with many dog personalities and quirks to make sure your pup has the best time and is safely taken care of. I love all animals big or small and can’t wait to spend some time with your fur child! I’m working full time from home, so I have plenty of extra time to spend with your pup and make sure they get the best care as possible. I live in Jackson and am happy to visit your home as many times as you see fit or even stay in your home to make sure your pup is as comfortable as possible. About: Hi, I'm Rachel! I am originally from Pennsylvania and have been finding my home in Jackson Hole since 2019. I grew up around all sorts of animals from dogs and cats to hamsters and sheep. I've spent lots of time volunteering at local animal shelters through high school, college, and in my free time after college. During this time, I walked dogs, rolled around in kitty cities, helped train, and played with new puppy litters. I feel comfortable and confident with puppies and kitties as well as elderly pets and everything in between. I LOVE large dogs and cats especially. I also have experience caring for snakes, tortoises, lizards, and birds of prey so I can care for any non-traditional pets you may have as well. I’m not able to have any pets of my own so I would love to to care for any of your furry/feathery/scale-y friends while you are away! I work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. For boarding, thankfully work about 15 yards from my home so I am easily available for letting dogs out or having play/potty breaks frequently throughout the day. If I am not boarding, I can use my lunch break to let dogs out that have the ability to go ~4 hours without direct care. On the weekends, I will make myself fully available to give all of the love to your pets! I have a tiny but comfortable house where dogs and cats are welcome to make themselves at home. I have a large yard that is unfenced, but is full of lots of grass (right now, lots of snow!) to play in. I also live in a walk-friendly part of town very close to a variety of trails and parks. I live an active lifestyle and would be more than happy to lay in the sun with your pets or go on a trail run adventure together! If house sitting, I like to be able to visit prior to you leaving town to get your pet/plant/etc. rundown to become familiar with your norms and expectations. I plan personal time around the stay to spend majority of my time with your pet. I keep a very clean space and am also happy to take care of household needs while you are away!

I am currently pet sitting full time while taking continuing education. I am flexible in my schedule. I can work days, nights, and weekends. I take my classes online so I am mobile. If needed, I can be with your pet most of the day and night. I care for your pets in the security of their own home or/and take them on walks in their neighborhood. About: Hi! I'm Erin. I’m new to Jackson, but I’m certainly not new to dogs! I have about 7 years of experience volunteering at shelters in Chicagoland with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I just started volunteering at the shelter here as well. Additionally, I grew up with dogs my entire life and in the past few years have fostered several. In 2016, I adopted a pitbull, Rex, who was the absolute love of my life until he passed away unexpectedly after surgery. Last summer, I rescued my new boy, Congo. Rex had some reactivity issues and Congo is fearful, so between them and the shelter dogs I've worked with, I have vast experience with dogs with these kinds of special needs. My passion is for the bullies, but I truly would love any opportunity to hang out with any dog on my time off from teaching this summer. I am comfortable with all breeds and just love the company of dogs in general. I am a compassionate person who believes strongly in positive reinforcement and will provide all of the patience your pup needs. I’m off until the end of August, so my availability right now is wide open! Once school starts back up, I’ll be mostly available in weekends and breaks. Though I don’t offer boarding at this time, I will certainly treat your dog as my own and respect your home. Happy to provide references.

About: I have been surrounded by animals from a young age, as my family has always fostered dogs. This upbringing has instilled in me a deep love and understanding of animals, and caring for pets is something I truly enjoy. In New York, I served as a Manager at a Doggy Daycare for two years, and after relocating to Colorado, I held a similar managerial role at a Doggy Daycare in Longmont. Following the closure of that business, I transitioned into a managerial position at an Animal Hospital, further broadening my experience in the pet care industry. I am committed to treating your pet with the same care and attention I would give to my own, ensuring they feel loved and well-cared-for while you're away. I'm currently working from 7am-12pm and then I go back to work from 1-6pm Monday through Thursday as a Supervisor at an Animal Hopsital. I am able to provide exercise for your animals during my breaks or check in on them at that time. Feeding schedules may need to be modified but I assure you I will take care of your animals like my own! I also do have 2 kitties of my own but I am able to work around schedules to accommodate. I love to provide an enriching time for your animal in your home. My favorite thing to do is bring your dog for a long enriching and stimulating walk in nature so they can explore all the smells and sounds on their own. I also always send a few pictures to owners each stay/walk to make sure you stay updated with our activities.
