About: For the last 10 or so years I have been taking care of peoples pets. Most recently I was living in Jackson, WY and was able to consistently get more and more pet sitting gigs that lasted anywhere from 3 to 11 nights. If housesitting I'm always happy to toss some dishes in the washer, or vacuum so that when you get home, things are nice and tidy. I also have a pressure washer and all the equipment needed to bring a car wash to you while you are out. I work in the 5 points neighborhood. I can fit a walk in before and after my evening shift. I also have a Suburban so I can transport them if need be. Just making sure doors are locked and I know where the pet is at all times. This also goes for mandatory leashing. I just want to make sure there are no problems, especially in a urban environment like Denver.

I brought my puppy, Rowan, with me to have a fun filled memorable experience with him in Jackson but being that half marathons don't allow dogs to run the course, I needed a pet sitter that would be willing to wake up super early to allow me to drop him off. I truly didn't think anyone would be willing to accommodate that request (understandably) but Rachel was up for it! Not only that, she also dropped me off at the spot where buses were taking runners to Teton Village for the start line. Truly too kind! When I arrived back at Rachel's place to pick up Rowan, he was having so much fun playing with her neighbor's dog in the yard that he completely ignored me lol. It was hard to pull him away. Rowan had a blast and Rachel was so kind to send update pictures while I was running my race. If for whatever reason I'm crazy enough to run that race again, I would absolutely hit up Rachel again! I've cared for tons of dogs in my life time, including but not limited to labrador retrievers, bichon frise, bernese mountain dogs, golden doodles, and mutts. My favorite thing to do is bring your dog for a long enriching and stimulating walk in nature so they can explore all the smells and sounds on their own. As I mentioned before, I have over three years of experience petsitting across the country, and previously worked at a pet store in California as well as a dog hotel in Massachusetts. I have dogsat for all types of pups-from little golden doodles to German shepherds bigger than me, and catsit regularly as well. I am available for drop-in visits, overnights, and walking.
