About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

About: I’ve been caring for Dogs for the last 12 years from all kinds of breeds. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding with their schedule, and keeping them active and happy! I am currently in the airforce, I am available between Sunday, mondays and Tuesdays to spend time with your pups. I’m also available mornings and nights or whatever works for you:) I will make sure they go on plenty of walk and go outside. They also will get all the love and attention they need. About: I’m an experienced Kennel and Vet Assistant. I have the experience to take the extra care that a flat faced dog needs and how to bathe them with care. I also have the experience with senior dogs and take gentle care of their brittle bones. I have experience with taking care of dogs that are big and know that they are gentle giants. No need to worry if your dog has medication I also have experience in giving your babies their meds when needed and how to give it as prescribed. I am currently not working so I have all the time to take care of your beautiful babies when you’re hard at work. I’m available during your work hours and during the weekend if needed. In my home I can take your dog out for a walk and potty breaks. My apartment complex is animal friendly with a lot of space to play. You can be sure to know that your animal is safe with me if they need to have medication given to them. In your home you can rest assured that your dog will have the same routine and never be bored. I’ll make sure to give them ample play time and potty breaks.

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. There is only one other person living in my home and they are only home after 5 pm. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. Thank you for considering me for taking care of your pets I currently work full time split shifts so I can take care of animals between shifts before shifts and after shifts. I have reliable transportation to and from also I have a large fenced in back yard and I currently work in the animal field so I am trained on medication management and also have vet tech experience.

About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: I have many years of experience dog sitting dogs of all ages, from senior dogs to young puppies. I’m very accommodating to high energy dogs who needs lots of activity and have experience with basic dog training from my days fostering dogs. I’ve fostered dogs with behavioral issues as well as separation anxiety, so I’m prepared for any situation. I adore all dogs and treat them like they’re my own (I have a 7 year-old German Shepherd). I will always leave your home clean and give your dogs lots of love! I’m currently working part time so I have very flexible availability and the ability to spend lots of time with your pets during the day! I’m an organized person and I like to keep things clean, so even though your pets will have lots of play time there won’t be any toys or messes left. I’m very respectful of a client’s space and treat it like I’d like someone to treat my home.
