“Raegan was so great with my puppy, Mayer while he was recovering from his neutering surgery! She sent me updates and pictures and made me comfortable when I was nervous to leave him home for the first time while I was at work. She welcomed a long list of care instructions from me, a crazy dog mom. I trust her with my pup and will be using her in the future!”

About: All my life I’ve been in love with dogs! I want to spend as much time as I can with them and meet new breeds and types. I have been doing this for 6 years now and I still love it like it was the first year! So what better way to do that than Rover! I will love your dog like it’s my own and spoil it like it’s my own child. I don’t have children yet but I think it was a good analogy. :) If you would like to talk with me on the phone I am happy to get the know the owners as well! I’m also pretty fit so even if your dog has a lot of energy I’ll be able to keep up for sure! I hope you consider me. WHAT I OFFER: 1. Dog and Cat Boarding 2. Dog and Cat Check-Ins 3. Dog Walks Im currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pup! We can go for plenty of walks and have plenty of play! I have a spacious apartment so your pooch will have plenty of space to run around and explore the environment. I will provide plenty of cuddles and attention to your pet as well while in my care!
About: Hi! I’m a biology major at Jeff State Community College that is obsessed with animals of all kinds. I’ve been surrounded by dogs since the day I was born and became the main caregiver for them when I was about 12. From shy, skittish, and very nervous/anxious dogs with hyper personalities to laid back, not a care in the world, couch potato dogs, no job is too big or small for me and no pup is too difficult. I believe that every dog deserves detailed care that is specifically created to fit their needs. I'm off for the summer and am currently available on all days except Fridays before 12:00 pm. My availability will shift slightly in the fall but I’m more than willing to work with you to make sure your pup still gets the care they need. I strive to create a safe and warm environment for every pup I meet! For in-house sitting I will make sure to follow your pup's routine to a tee to ensure that they feel safe, comfortable, and have a fun time. Whether it's keeping up with a feeding schedule, nap/sleep schedule, medication schedule, daily walks and potty breaks, playing their favorite games, etc. I am more than happy to go out of the way to make sure their needs are met. I bring the exact same energy for drop-in visits and walks making sure they get as much exercise as they need.

“Chase was incredible! We received several photos daily and he made us feel comfortable leaving Ellie for a long period. I definitely recommend and we will be using him again! Thank you, Chase!”

“Addison was so wonderful! She communicated well and sent lots of pictures of my baby. My cat is super weird but Addison did her best to get on her good side and eventually they bonded a lot. Super grateful and would use Addison again any time.”

About: I’ve been handling animals ever since I was 13, this includes cats, dogs, and even bunnies! (I had one that I let free roam). Cats and Bigger dogs are always a personal favorite but I truly love animals and even considered going into veterinary sciences! I can assure you, your animal is in great hands seeing as I have a cat and two dogs myself! I’m a virtual senior high school student with only two classes and my job only schedules me around two days each week, so I have literally all the time in the world to pet sit and I would love to see cute furry friends whenever I can during that free/down time! Whenever I’m at my Aunt and Uncles for up to a week dog sitting and house sitting for them, I make sure to feed both of their dogs and let them out at least every 1-2 hours especially after feeding them, and they stay outside for about 30mins-1 hour, but i don’t mind walking animals at all either! And of course I like to cuddle up with animals if they allow me too and give them play time as well as a little down time to cuddle up and be content!

“Rachel was EXCELLENT! Checked on our babies right on schedule, sent pics and updates every time and successfully administered daily medication. Will definitely look to book her again. Thank you, Rachel!”

“I really appreciate that we can feel confident that our pups are being well taken care of by Katelynn whenever we travel! We will continue to have her as our Rover as long as she is available! Thank you so much Katelynn!!”

“Sarah is an absolute dream come true, I am so glad I found her! She was so good with my dog, and so accommodating with a last-minute change of plans in my needs. I will be using her again (and again and again) and highly recommend her to anyone else.”

“Ashley was amazing. She kept me informed on the boys and sent some amazing pictures and a video of them playing. Will definitely keep her in mine for our next trip. Highly recommend!!!”

“This was my first time using Emma and she was awesome. I needed someone last minute and she did not hesitate. Her communication was great! I would definitely use her again.”

“Kayla took exceptionally great care of our cat this week! Sent updates with pictures at each visit. We’ve already rebooked her for cat care during our next trip! Would definitely recommend 💗”

About: I have taken care of many dogs and including my own! I love to see the different variety of dogs and how each one has their own little of style of being taken care of! Currently a college student so it would be a perfect fit in my schedule and kind of creating my own work schedule but still having a job! Making sure i know where to locate everything in the clients home and how many treats the dog may get! Just asking those important questions to make sure i can provide the best care for your fur babies!

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Moody
Kaylee is an official member of our Fur Baby family! We loved her as soon as we met her and I knew without hesitation she would take loving care of my pups CC and Dixie. While out of town on business, I did not have one moment worrying about their welfare. She always sent a pic too so I could see how their day was going. Highest of recommendations 😊

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Moody. On Rover:
- 96% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
