I work a full time job, from 9-4:30 pm Monday-Friday with the exception of one remote day on Wednesdays. Most pets are used to this schedule. I will ensure they will have potty breaks first thing in the morning, during my lunch break at 1, and then once I return to the home at 5. And then several throughout the evening and before bed. I will care for your pet in the environment they feel the safest in… your home. By allowing your animal to remain at home, it eases their stress and anxiety and gives them a comforting feel of familiarity. No need to pack up enough food and treats for the week. About: Trustworthy and reliable! I’ve always been someone that my friends and neighbors could leave their pets with and expect them to be properly taken care of. I own two dogs, Bear and Elli, that I travel full with full time. We have landed back in Bend in search of a more permanent home. Elli is a firecracker of force when it comes to chasing down and catching a frisbee! She has a huge personality and huge tongue!! Bear is a “tug-a-holic” that would pull me into next week if given the opportunity! We usually will take the dogs on walks and perform some kind of training criteria at least twice a day. As I am eager to dive fully into dog training, I felt it necessary to get my hands on more dogs to better understand the needs and interests of each dog in my care. I currently have two dogs, a 4yr old German Shepherd and a 2yr old Belgian Malinois, so dog care and advanced training is a daily activity. Playtime and training look very similar in our life. About: I’ve been around pets and dogs all throughout my life. I have 1 Mini Golden Doodle at home, not to mention great experience with German Shepherds! I am currently working full time, and I do work evening shifts at my job. At the moment, I am available for pet care in the mornings! About: I have had the privilege of having / taking care of animals since I was about 5 years old. I have taken care of many different types from horses and cattle to dogs, cats and birds. I love the many personalities and it is rewarding to have a new fur friend. I currently have flexibility with my work. This means I have availability to care for your fur babies during the week days. I may have possible availability during the weekends. I have an outside fenced in pin for your fur baby to enjoy some alone time in the sun. I can also crate the dog if needed. About: I love all animals. I especially love dogs and cats. I have worked with animal rescue groups and I volunteer my time to help shelters and their efforts. I have had dogs and cats all of my life. Mostly large breeds. I am comfortable with any large breed. I am also very patient with dogs that are still learning. When I am walking a dog I am fully focused on them and do not try to rush them. I help reassure them if they feel anxious or unsure of their surroundings. It should be an enjoyable and healthy experience for the dog and for me as well! I would like to have several regulars that know me and are excited to get a routine going. Having a relationship with the dog and owners is important to me so everyone can feel comfortable.
