About: I have had animals ever since I was born. My grandma had a ranch in Wyoming, and I have owned my own pet since I was 8. I am available for boarding on weekends after 3. During the week I work full time, but am available to sit or walk in the evenings. I have a fenced in yard and a golden doodle and retriever. I also have my own crates so if your dog needs kenneled you don’t have to bring your own. I am available for in house sitting as well. I will send a ton of pictures so you know your fur baby is getting taken care of.

I will ensure they will have potty breaks first thing in the morning, during my lunch break at 1, and then once I return to the home at 5. And then several throughout the evening and before bed. I will care for your pet in the environment they feel the safest in… your home. By allowing your animal to remain at home, it eases their stress and anxiety and gives them a comforting feel of familiarity. No need to pack up enough food and treats for the week. I will be happy to follow your thorough instructions on how to care for your pet.

I have had cats and other pets my entire life, and have tons of experience with pet sitting of all types, and as a dog walker for an animal shelter and another walking service app. I can administer any medications, as I do that every day all day at work. Having had many big dogs throughout the years, I have become quite familiar with what it takes to give them a good life. I also have experience in many stages of dog life, from puppies to senior dogs, and conditions like arthritis, blindness, and even severe anxiety. But I want to provide care for your dogs just like I provide for my own- lots of attention, gentle care, and a feeling of safety. If you prefer your dog be crated or kept separate from my dogs overnight, that is totally fine and I can definitely accommodate that. We have a very large back yard with plenty of space to explore (on-leash as we don’t currently have a fenced-in area). I take my dogs out 3x/day minimum but can take yours out as much as needed per your request. For puppies and some senior dogs, I understand the bathroom frequency is much higher. Because of the nature of my full-time job, I am home most of the time and will likely only accept boarding/daycare when I am planning to be home for the full time. If I should need to leave for a short period of time, your dog would likely be crated or kept separated from my dogs to avoid any potential issues (not that I suspect there would be any, but better safe than sorry!) For dog walking services, I can come to you, or meet you and your pup where you’d like! Depending on what’s available near you, this might look like walking around the neighborhood, or heading to a nearby park for some exercise. If you’re interested in check-ins, I am available to come to you, although price may slightly vary depending on distance from my home.
