About: I have taken my mother's lab to trips to the groomer as well as getting her to be patient during bath time. I also taught her to wait for her food to be poured before eating, taught her a few tricks such as, sitting, speaking, and how to walk beside me appropriately on a leash without dragging. I only work part-time for the rest of the year, so my schedule is quite available. I have availability Mondays - Thursdays all day. I can also do overnight stays as well! I have my senior cat roam anywhere in the house, he is mainly outside. However, due to his old age, he is fragile and I don't want to change routine too much, he also needs lots of my attention and affection while I am home. I am willing to come to you instead! reducing the hassle of having to drop-off!
About: Since high school I have had experience with normal pets to the exotic! I can honestly say that each animal is an individual that deserves their specific needs acknowledged and met. I do have experience with senior animals that need medication as well as special needs, there hasn’t been an experience that I haven’t learned from! I’ve even read books like Caesar’s Way in order to better understand my own pets and help them. I’ve even been known to be a bit of a perfectionist although that was in my earlier years now I can gladly say am a seasoned sitter! Caring for your family member fits into my routine because at the moment I am a dog Mom of one dachshund with a good partner that loves her as much as I do! I also do volunteer work, which is extremely flexible. Aside from that a lot of what I do is online, which works out great when pet care is involved I will care for your family member by noting all of their needs as well as asking any questions I have about the environment if it was not already covered in our introduction. About: It is very difficult for me to have animals in my current situation so I am looking forward to this work as an opportunity to make friends with animals that I would not get to experience normally.
