About: I’ve worked in a veterinary hospital for over five years. I’ve had the experience of working with dogs and cats with all different temperaments. I’ve also had the privilege of working with a large variety of species. Due to my prior experience, I also I am completely comfortable administering any medication‘s pets may need. I work full-time throughout the week from 8 AM to 6 PM. Around these times I’m able to watch/walk pets. If owners would like for me to stay at their residence, I can stay with the animal after these hours. I am completely available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Austin took care of my two cats over a long weekend. At first, no updates were sent in the rover card and the drop in time said 20minutes instead of the full 30 minutes. I asked Austin to send a more thorough update on how the cats were doing as I was wondering how they were doing. Austin was open to the feedback and the next day, sent more photos and a very detailed update of what happened during the visit. Austin also apologized for the shorter drop in time as it was a mistake (started the clock on the app late). Even though it was a mistake and to make up for this, he went above and beyond by staying an extra 20minutes the next two nights without me asking. I appreciate that Austin was receptive and open to feedback in order to make me feel at ease while my cats were in his care. Thanks Austin!
