“Sarah and her family took amazing care of Kilo from 9/12 to 9/14. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, which made the whole process stress-free. It is clear they are experienced dog handlers. They gave us total confidence by effectively managing dog dynamics from the very start and knew exactly when to separate the pups to keep everyone safe and happy. Their fenced yard was perfect for secure outdoor playtime. On top of that, Sarah and her family were incredibly hospitable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!”

“It’s hard leaving your fur babies, but we were so happy with Shatane and the love and care she gave our babies that we are planning our next getaway! She gives amazing updates and pictures that had us laughing out loud. I can’t say enough about her, she’s the best!”

“Millie absolutely loved her time with Larisa and Daisy! Larisa made sure to keep me updated on their daily adventures and send lots of pictures. Millie took multiple trips to the beach and walks at the bogs. We are very happy with the service and support Millie received while staying the weekend 😊 We will definitely reach out again for any pet sitting needs!”

“Thank you so much for bandits visit! Sarah and Ben are fantastic dog sitters that were very accommodating. Bandit seemed to really love his time there and didn’t want to come home from his vacation.”

“Very glad we got to board our Lab Eddy with Matt and Jennifer. They were always providing updates and pictures and quick to respond. Very nice people, can’t wait to have our dog stay with them again!”

“While we are always anxious to leave our dog for several days, all our worries we’re gone when we say the first set of pictures that Lora sent. From his body language, we could see that our Teddy was happy and comfortable in his new environment. Would definitely recommend Lora’s services and we will be keeping her at the top of our list for future overnight bookings.”

About: Bio is underneath but first what to expect from me when you book the following services: Dog Walk: depending on your needs and likes, I will walk your dog(s) in your neighborhood or take them somewhere else if preferred. Overnight house/pet sitting: (Day 1) 7-9am; noon check in; 5-9pm. You can expect me to give Feed and fresh wate, clean up after pets(inside and outside, please provide info on where to put doggie bags after), walk, snuggle, play with as needed or desired. Stay overnight: please let me know if you do NOT want me to stay the night. The hours above will be applied here. Otherwise provide clean bedsheets. Optional: I am happy to also bring in your mail, water plants(inside and outside) and adjust lights. For my personal assessment please provide a list of those tasks as well as any other pets that may need caring for. BIO I have been a pet owner since I was a kid and have always been helping neighbors with their pets by walking their dogs for the elderly neighbors, caring for bunnies or cats and helping brush horses and moving them to pasture in my neighborhood growing up in Germany. I have been a dog, cat, and chicken owner for a while, and we even have a rabbit, and adopted a leopard gecko at some point. I am also a wife, mom of 4 kids and enjoy home making/ and a lot of home steading here on our micro farm. Staying at home and being available to my kids is priority. I am luckily they share my love for animals. I am a long time U.S. resident (since 2007), and have been raised in Germany. My English is fluent, and I have been told that I don't have an accent anymore, so communicate is definitely not an issue. I would love to care for your little furry (or not so furry) pet, may it be checking in for a feed or potty break, overnight stay, or a relaxing or vigorous walk. I am looking forward to meeting you! I am stay at home mom and have a lot of flexibility when it comes to stepping out to visit your furry friend. All I ask is to have notice and be respectful of my time and schedule. And I will reciprocate this of course! I am flexible and cater to anybody's unique needs. As long as I have ample notice and frequent communication. I am happy to send pictures and text messages during a visit/feeding if so desired. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

“Another weekend boarding experience with Casey that we could not be happier about! Our dogs now RUN UP the stairs to Casey's place in excitement and we felt so at ease leaving them. We had very spotty service during the weekend at where we were, but we knew that our dogs were being cared for the best they could be (spoiled, really!) and gave us zero worries. Thank you, thank you, Casey.”

“Trish was amazing. We dropped our 5yr old Havanese pup on Christmas Eve and she had presents for him on Christmas Day! It was easy to stay in touch with Trish. Highly recommend! Thank you Trish.”

“I felt completely safe and secure leaving my Australian terrier with Kari for a couple of nights. She sent lots of updates and pictures, which was great since it was his first time at her house. He was happy as a clam and made himself right at home! I will for sure ask Kari whenever I am in need of a sitter!”

“These are the most awesome sitters that I would want to use them all the time if they were always available and not doing stupid things like going on vacation or watching other people’s dogs! Just kidding they’re the best!!! Aiko had a blast and loves them and can’t wait to use them again!!!”

We couldn’t be happier with Leo’s care last week. We felt completely confident that he was safe and well taken care of the entire time. We loved the daily updates… it gave us so much peace of mind, and we were able to enjoy our trip stress-free since it was our first time leaving him for that long! We were especially grateful that they even did some training with him. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
