Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: I have taken care of pets of my own and of friends for the last 5 years. I do bathing, nail trimming, walking, and have a lot of patience with animals with anxiety. Morning, afternoon, evening and nights. We have 3 cats, a dog, a ferret, and a bunny. We love our pets like family and can't wait to love yours too. All of our animals are trained to love and respect all other animals. Our dog is a gentle and loving German shepherd/ husk mix and our cats don't hiss or yowl at other cats or dogs.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
