About: Eager to work with all sorts of animals, from dogs & cats to reptiles & rodents! Experienced with animals of all ages and abilities, even those with specific medical needs. I discovered my love for all animals during my two year veterinary assistant training I took in high school. I went on to work at a local vet clinic after high school where I cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, and rats of all ages and abilities. I was also very fortunate to learn the basics of caring for toads, turtles, snakes, and chickens as I worked at a 4-H Center for a year. While I no longer have the space to keep my own pets, I treat any animal I care for like they are my own and am very eager to start working with your pet! I am a homebody at heart, so I am available most nights and weekends to care for your pet! I also get flexible breaks during my work day, so I can check in on them consistently. About: I’ve pet sat for families animals for several years with both dogs and cats. I’m on about half an acre with a privacy fenced in backyard. The dogs have their own room in the house, I allow dogs in bed and furniture. I do have 2 golden retrievers myself that love to play and run around. I work a full time job and am away from the house from 7am-roughly 4:30pm….if I’m busy in the evenings, then I always come home after work to attend to the dogs or other pets staying home. I have a fenced in backyard, a room designated for the dogs. I have one SMALL extra crate but not big ones. Lots of water and dog bowls and toys!
