You can tell when you walk into her home that Mary and her husband are truly dog lovers and take good care of their/other's pets. She sent me picture nearly daily while we were away for 8 days which was so nice to just know how our dog was doing and to simply see him. She was very flexible with drop off and pickup. I even had to change our dates and she had no problem accommodating the change request. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and more since I was a child. I love fur babies and will give your baby the love and care he/she needs when you are away. I am home and can give the attention and care your pet needs. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily fit in a walk, potty time or play time. I stay outside with my dog and cats while they play in the yard and on the large patio. Inside we all hang out together in the large living area, but I also have another room with a gate where a pet can go if she needs some space. I can have your dog sleep in the crate or outside the crate, whichever makes her the most comfortable and happy.

About: I’ve had 2 pups for over a decade. Bonzo is my first born, a 12yr old Mini Aussie. He’s a trip and great with my kids. Recently lost my 15yr old Sheba Inu/German Shepherd mix. Akai was the love of my life. Not so great with the kids when they became mobile. We had a couple warning bites when the kids were toddlers. Everyone said to get rid of him, but I wouldn’t even consider it. Akai was telling the kids “he doesn’t like that” and the kids needed to learn to respect that. I understand and respect pups, sometimes better than people. I can try to teach the basics to a pup, but definitely not a dog trainer. I’ve considered getting another pup, but Akai was one of a kind. Instead I thought I could share my extra puppy love with other pups. I’m a single mom with two school age kids. So I am available during school hours, 8am-1pm. During the summer my schedule will vary, but mostly available every day of the week. My pup is one of the kids. I give him just as much love and attention as my kids. We have a fenced in backyard and quiet street for walks, if I decide to offer daycare or boarding.

Jinna sent pictures and a video during the stay to help alleviate my fears (we’ve never left Nissy with anyone but family before). When I picked her up, she was happy and interacting with Jinna’s dog and another dog Jinna was sitting for…which was really a wonderful surprise because Nissy usually just tries to hide from other dogs. About: I'm a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to grow up with lots of pets from rodents to dogs to horses. I've walked big (150lb+) dogs, small dogs, and everything in between with no issues. During the summer my schedule will vary, but mostly available every day of the week. My pup is one of the kids. I give him just as much love and attention as my kids. We have a fenced in backyard and quiet street for walks, if I decide to offer daycare or boarding.
About: I live in Indianapolis with my husband and our two cats! We can’t yet afford our own dog, but I always jump at the chance to walk with, jog with, pet, feed, and love on other dogs! (See photos for proof). However, cats really have a special place in my heart. I also worked at two different veterinarian’s offices in 2020, 2023, and 2026 where we cared for dogs, cats, and rabbits. I am pet sitting while job searching, so I’m available to give your pets whatever they may need, whether that be medicine, special food, lots of bathroom breaks, or just some affection. Thanks for reading! I left a corporate job because the strict etiquette rules and micromanagement left me unfulfilled. Now, I am on the hunt for whatever my next step is! To you, this means I am very flexible with scheduling. In my clients’ home, I will pay attention to all notes and requests from the owner. If an owner says “no dogs on the couch”, as much as it pains me, that is what I will follow!
About: I grew up with pets, and love being around pups! I don’t have any of my own and for that reason, getting to take care of your pup is a true joy for me. I love hearing even the smallest details about your beloved pet so that I can give them as much care as you do! I’m a stay-at-home mom with daily availability to make house visits or go on walks. My teen sons also enjoy pet sitting/ dog walking and may accompany me at times. I strive to give them the same love and care you do! I am a detailed oriented person who you can be confident will attempt to hear and follow all of your instructions, making sure your pet is in good hands! I want to give you and your pet the highest care and respect possible. Pet parents know all the individual qualities about their pet— what they like to do, what scares them, what will help them get in and out of the house, etc. Those are the things I appreciate knowing.
