They were accommodating with his schedule and made sweet gestures like creating a cozy sleeping space with his special blanket. Their children were especially kind with Quincy. While we had some miscommunication about his potty routine that led to some accidents, they remained patient and caring throughout his stay. Quincy enjoyed playing with their dog Yo-Yo, and it was nice to see him socializing. They were flexible with drop-off/pickup times and maintained good communication throughout.”

“We contacted Lisa the morning we needed someone to watch our sheltie and she responded promptly and gladly offered to watch her for the week.
