“Karrie was absolutely wonderful with our babies. One of our dogs is almost 17 and needs a little extra attention and Karrie was so patient and caring. We also received picture updates while we were gone and I dogs loved going to the dog park with her.”
“Monique is awesome taking care of my Dog. She is very flexible about the timing and she sends picture update every hour. I will definitely leave my dog again with Monique.”

“Kyle and Sara took such good care of our boy!! We received daily updates and pictures of his activities while we were gone. We are so thankful we have someone to leave him with when we travel that treats him so well!”

“Robert was more than helpful with a short notice booking request. My dog can be a little standoff-ish with people; but, my dog had a great time with him and his family. There was definitely a lot of play time as my dog came home and zonked right out for the day. I definitely recommend Robert and his family and I will definitely be going back!”

About: Hi my name is Colleen! I have been around and loved animals my whole life. I offer full-time care and live on Vandenberg SFB. For the past three years, I managed a veterinary practice. Because of this background, I am very familiar with the diverse medical and behavioral needs of dogs, cats, and horses. I am a huge dog and cat lover - at home, I have a German Shepherd and a Goldendoodle who get daily walks and lots of cuddles. Because I work from home full-time, any animal in my care will receive constant attention and supervision. I am also a very active person, so you can count on your pets getting plenty of playtime and exercise. My home is completely child-free, and visiting pets are absolutely allowed on the furniture to make them feel right at home. Additionally, I live on the military base, making it easy and convenient for me to accommodate both on-base and off-base families. Whether your pet needs high-energy play or have specialized medical needs, they will be safe, active, and loved here! Animal care is a central part of my life! I work a flexible remote schedule that allows me to be fully available for full-time care. My weekends are available and open, meaning I can dedicate plenty of quality time, structured play, and consistent attention to boarding or housesitting your pets, no matter the day of the week 🐾❤️ With a professional background in veterinary medicine and animal handling, safety is always my top priority ❤️ My home features a fully fenced yard where your dog can safely play. I’m highly experienced in reading animal behavior, maintaining clean and secure environments, administering medications if needed, and keeping a watchful eye to ensure your pet is happy and relaxed.

“If we can recommend anybody to watch over your pup we recommend Berenisse! We left our fur baby for 3 nights 4 days with Berenisse and during that time, Berenisse was in contact with us, showing us videos and pictures of our pup and keeping us up to date with our puppy’s activities. While on vacation, Berenisse made our trip worry free and gave us that peace of mind that our puppy was in great hands. Berenisse is very knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Berenisse for everything. We will be coming back for sure 👍🏽”

“Krystal and her family are absolutely amazing! My fur baby loves staying there. This was our second stay and I will never go to anyone else for a sitter! Cleo always has a blast when she’s there. They went hiking, to the beach and lots of walks. I also really appreciated the fact that Krystal sent lots of pictures and videos, while I was gone.”

“Danielle was great with both of our dogs, and patient with Dudley’s anxiety at the beginning of his stay. Reassuring with updates and photos. One way to clearly tell that it went well is how easily they settled back in immediately at home.”

“Marin is an amazing sitter, I always book with her when I have to leave town and she send many pics and updates regarding my fur baby. I highly recommend booking Marin for your pet!”

“We had recently moved to the area and I was so nervous finding someone to watch our CKCS Lulu and am so grateful we found Suzette! She and her pup took such good care of our girl. Highly recommend!”

“Brittany is an exceptional pet sitter! Milo had an amazing time and was pampered exceptionally well. We received regular updates, photos, and communications, which we greatly appreciated, especially from my kids.”

“Yulya and Troy were very accommodating and professional. We needed them in a pinch for our dog after original care fell through and they were able to take him in. Not only that, but more importantly, they took excellent care of our fur baby. Our dog is a senior and doesn't get out much these days, but he had a blast at their house and you could tell by all the photos they sent over the couple of days. Communication was great! We felt even more comfortable leaving him in their care knowing Yulya is a veterinarian tech and has years of experience! They are located on the Vandenberg base we live on and felt it was even more safe and convenient as well. We will definitely be using their care again for boarding in the future!”

“I had a last minute change to my Thanksgiving plans to go out of town, and thankfully Ashley was available to host Rowdy. He was a happy pup when I picked him up. I'd book with her again!”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, I also plan to attend college to become a veterinary technician, so I hope you will trust me with your fur-baby! I’m currently working part-time until college begins, so I’m going to be pretty open most of the week. Whenever you can’t be there, I can be for you! I we’ll meet all expectations and more, I will treat animals with respect and kindness and keep them well taken care of until your return!
“Maddison was absolutely incredible! She’s quite the dog whisperer. It was like magic watching her effortlessly calm and handle our anxious and excited dogs. Our dogs loved her and clearly had such a great time that they almost didn’t want to leave 😂 She was super nice, friendly and communicative. It was such a relief knowing our dogs were in such great hands ☺️”

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
