About: I’ve taken care of dogs of since I was a child. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, Boss and Mia, and they both are rescue dogs. Having 2 huskies take so much patience and physical strength. But because I am very consistent with training and routine at home, I am proud to say that Boss and Mia are very well behaved dogs for a husky breed. They are sociable to other dogs, specially small dogs. I am currently working from home part-time only, so I have a lot of time to play with your pup. My schedule is flexible and I can be available on the schedule that you want me to watch your pup. I have a fenced yard and 2 friendly huskies that can keep your baby company. I have a decent size deck where my 2 huskies play.

“Shirley did an incredible job looking after our two cats while we were away for the weekend. She fed and played with them and was very immediate to respond. Definitely a top quality Rover for sure.”

About: With 6+ years of experience, from doggy daycare to personal pet sitting, I provide expert, loving care- currently training as a Veterinary Technician for exceptional service. I’m currently working part-time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, so I’m looking for things to do during the gaps of time I have between shifts. I was raised to treat others belongings as you would want them to treat yours. I would treat your pup as if they were my own.

“I had the pleasure of hiring Andria to check in on my family’s dog, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She was incredibly sweet and was available at the last minute when I needed her, which was a lifesaver!!! I can tell she genuinely cares about animals. I will be hiring her again in the future <3!”

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities—whether that’s keeping up with an energetic puppy who wants to explore everything or providing gentle, attentive care for a senior dog who just wants extra snuggles. What sets me apart? I bring the patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills I use as a flight attendant into pet care. I’m trained to stay calm in any situation, follow routines exactly, and notice when something seems “off” so I can address it quickly. I’m comfortable with: Administering oral medications Managing leash-pulling and high-energy walks Keeping anxious pets calm when their humans are away Tailoring exercise and playtime to each dog’s needs Every dog I care for gets my full attention, plenty of affection, and a safe, happy experience—because they’re not just pets, they’re family. When I’m not flying, I’m home and have plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. My flight schedule is flexible and planned in advance, so I can commit to bookings with confidence and give your pet my full attention when I’m in town. On days I’m available, I can do: Morning, midday, and evening walks Multiple drop-in visits Overnight stays for pets who need extra comfort I make sure my pet care time is truly pet care time—no rushing, no distractions, just walks, play, and attention tailored to your dog’s needs. Whether I’m in your home or walking your dog, safety is my top priority. I follow your pet’s routine exactly as you outline it—feeding schedules, walk routes, and any special instructions—so they feel comfortable and secure. During walks, I use secure leashes/harnesses, stay alert to surroundings, and avoid risky situations like off-leash encounters with unfamiliar dogs. For pets that need extra care (puppies, seniors, or those with medical needs), I give close attention and plenty of patience. If I’m in your home, I treat it with the same respect I would my own. I leave everything as I found it, lock up carefully, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident while you’re away. Bottom line: Your pet’s well-being and your peace of mind come first.

About: My family rescued a Golden Retriever and a miniature Shelty. Later in life we got two little Pomeranians. I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life! I began professionally dog sitting and dog walking for people 3 years ago. I love all animals and I’m very good at taking care of them. Through my own research, I’ve learned from professional dog trainers how to take care of dogs. I’ve even trained some of the dogs that I’ve walked for people while we are on our walks. I am very respectful and mindful of my surroundings. I take care of everything agreed upon with you without missing a thing! I leave every dog and every home better than I found it! Pet care is a main part of my routine. I work part-time so I have lots of time to dog sit, dog walk, or drop in to your home and tend to your furry friends. I have several clients who use me and know that I will do a great job dog sitting for them. I also walk dogs all throughout the week for several clients. I have a dog of my own as well and I’ve owned dogs my whole life! I take dog sitting very seriously. I make sure that your dog goes for several walks a day, is fed all their required meals, has enough water through the day, has all required medication + treatment, and gets lots of love and petting! I make sure to update you throughout my stay at your home to know when your dog has been fed, walked, had play time, and updates of your dog with photos and videos! I’m very organized and cleanly. I have several clients who can testify that I am respectful of your home, and that I do not leave a mess!

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life and have been walking dogs for 3 years. I have always had great experiences when caring for other families pets! I currently work part time 8am-12pm. Anytime after that I am free Monday-Thursday. I prefer staying in near by towns such as Maywood, Paramus, and Hackensack but am flexible. I am very cautious when entering homes and making sure doors are closed and locked when I leave. Your pet is in great hands with me!

About: What sets me apart is my ability to be both caring and dependable in moments that require real attentiveness—something I’ve developed through years of working in community programs, internships, and leadership roles. Whether I was leading a team project, supporting a friend, or organizing events through my cycling club, I’ve always been someone who shows up fully and handles responsibility with care. I bring that same energy to pet care—tuning into each animal’s needs, whether it’s keeping up with an energetic puppy or being patient with a senior pet. I’m calm, communicative, and take pride in making both pets and their owners feel secure and understood. As a recent grad preparing for law school and transitioning into the workforce, my schedule is relatively flexible—especially during the weekdays. Pet care has been a grounding and fulfilling part of my routine. It gives me the chance to stay active, present, and connected in a meaningful way while balancing studying and professional goals. I genuinely enjoy the rhythm of it, and I treat every booking with the same level of care and responsibility I bring to my academic and work commitments. Whether I’m in my home or yours, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I love making sure everyone—pets and people—feels comfortable, safe, and at ease. That’s something I’ve really practiced through leading Catching Wind, the cycling and wellness club I started in college. Creating a space where people felt welcomed, supported, and looked after—whether they were riding for the first time or just needed community—taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and how to care for different needs. I bring that same approach to pet care. I listen closely, follow instructions, respect your space, and aim to create an environment where your pet feels loved, relaxed, and understood.

About: I have loved pets, especially dogs, my whole life! It is such a blessing to now be able to focus my career on pet care. I dedicate my mornings and afternoons/evenings to pet care. That way I can start the day and end the day taken care of your sweet dogs. My primary career for decades was being a housekeeper, so my clients have an extraordinary amount of trust in me as I enter their homes while they are not there. I bring the same level of professionalism to my work with pets, making sure that they feel comfortable while you are not there. Also, if you need support Cleaning up dog hair or anything while you are away, just let me know.

“Tiara was so amazing with our two kitties. It was the first time we were leaving them for vacation and we had also just moved into a new house a few weeks ago. They have always been unsure of guests in the home and always hide so we were a little nervous leaving them with a stranger. Tiara made sure to check on them every day, that they had food, water and a clean box. She was able to give our girl cuddles and by the last day she was even able to pet our very scared boy which made him feel more comfortable. She also cleaned up the litter that they tracked outside the box and left a goodie bag of treats and other stuff for them. You can really tell she has a lot of experience with animals cares for them and wants them to feel comfortable when their family is gone. We will definitely be using her again next time we are away!”

About: My pet care experience involves all animals as I’ve spent years working as a veterinary technician before entering vet school. I grew up fostering cats (elderly, kittens, disabled- all kinds you name it) and dogs as well. I am currently home from school for the summer, but at school I live with my roommates 5 cats. At home in New Jersey I have a pitty named Kayla and 8 cats as well as many fosters (my mom runs the animal rescue program in my town). All of my cats live inside at home. As for dogs I do not have any here at my apartment but any dog boarding they would stay in my room with me and go for as many walks a day as their owner would like.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since the age of 12. Mostly focused on friends and neighbors but am ready to spread more joy and help. I’ve taken care of pups as young as a couple months and focused on their fine learning abilities through basic training. I’m a huge advocate of dog walks and training in basic skills. I’m currently a student so I do have a good available schedule. I am free weekends for boarding. On weekdays, I am usually free after 3pm. I have a big yard and no pets so no conflicts of that sort would occur. Indoors, I have a special room dedicated and catered to your pet’s needs. At your home, pets will be well taken care of along with your home.

About: I have owned and cared for cats for 20 years. I am also trained in Fear Free Shelter protocols. I am a retiring public school educator. I also enjoy drawing and painting animals (particularly cats) in my spare time. Maybe I can paint your pet in addition to caring for it! I'm about to retire from public school teaching after 30+ years in the classroom. My schedule is about to become flexible, though I would characterize myself as a morning person. I will drop in and feed and care for your cats and small dogs in your home with the same kindness and love that I show my own cat.

Travian M.
“As Trey’s mother, I’ve had the joy of watching him grow into a deeply capable, hardworking, and compassionate young man. He’s always had a big heart, but what’s been most beautiful to see is how that heart shows up in real, tangible ways—in his patience, his ability to listen, and his sense of responsibility. He understands when a moment calls for care, attentiveness, or gentleness, and he never takes that lightly. Whether it’s supporting a friend, caring for a pet, or tackling a task, Trey shows up fully. Any pet would be in the best hands with him—not just because he’s responsible, but because he truly cares.”
