First, he was able to accommodate us for many walks over the Thanksgiving holiday on relatively short notice. Then, he was so incredibly patient in getting to know our puppy. We did not realize how anxious our dog would be, as he is generally ok meeting people on walks. However, he is fearful when people come into our house and can growl and be reactive at times. Roy gave him the space he needed and didn’t force anything on our dog. He was patient with him and us and gave him lots of treats and gradually let our dog get to know him. It’s obvious that Roy has spent a lot of time around dogs and is adept at reading their body language. By the second walk, they were buddies and I know our pup will trust him more and more each walk.”
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, hermit crabs, and hamsters, fish, and turtles over the years. I have experience in walking and caring ! I am currently working part time on thursdays, fridays, and saturdays. So I have enough time to care for them on the week days ! If an animal is showing issues with their temperament I will unfortunately cage them. But anytime I am introducing myself I am gentle and patient!

About: I just started doing rover because I am currently home a lot (hybrid for work) and love dogs! I have a boxer of my own that gets along with dogs and is very energetic so we go outside around our complex all the time. I respond very fast and send pictures throughout the day! Even though I live in an apartment, there’s over a thousand sq ft for them to run around in when they’re inside. I will walk your dog for as long as you need me to and do drop in visits as well. Since I do have a pup of my own you can be assured I will give yours all the love, snuggles, and care they need! Plus I work with each individual dog according to their own needs! I never let dogs off the leash when they’re with me & I always maintain control on walks. I work from home full time so I have a very flexible schedule to care for your loved fur baby & work around your schedule as well! We can do a meet & greet before hand so your pet feels more comfortable with me.
