About: My wife and I love being with our dogs, we have 3 adopted dogs and 1 dog we received as a newborn puppy, and love meeting other owners and their pets. We take our dogs for walks at our lovely park across the street or to the dog park to let them run free with the other dogs. We also have a 5 acre yard for any animal to do what they please. We take our dogs on hikes on the red rock trails, have lots of toys for them to play with, spoil them with the right amount of dog treats. We have a specialized dog food brand we use and cook our dogs fresh meat for them to eat, they don't seem to mind.

About: I have had multiple cats and dogs growing up. My parents still have multiple cats and dogs and I currently own two cats. I have had many experiences caring for other people’s pets as my family has offered pet sitting and in-home visits throughout the years. About: I will treat your babies the same as my own. Our animals are our family. Growing up, I had fur siblings. They may have had four paws, but they still got birthdays, they still got a Christmas stocking, and if someone got a sweet treat, they did too. I think I am different, but my whole life, I have looked at animals more than just that. They are companions that we love for part of our lives, but we are an entire lifetime to them. They love unconditionally and deserved to be given the same. I went from being 5 and taking naps with my family's lab, to riding horses by 10, to volunteering at the shelter by 12, groomer by 19, and certified in behavior, nutrition for cats and dogs at 22. I love animals. My commitment to always wanting to learn more about them and give them the best possible care, sets me apart. I am currently not working, and I have a 5-yr old son full time. He will be going to school in the fall, but I am looking for something to be able to do until them. I have a very open schedule. About: I have 2 dogs and a cat. My dogs are Angus (an 11 year old Bugg (pug/boston terrier mix) and Archie (a 5 year old Boston Terrier). I also have a 14 1/2 year old cat named George who I rescued about a year and a half ago. He was an outdoor cat for his entire life, but I've turned him into a spoiled indoor cat. No one thought I could do it, but here we are. I've worked with a couple of rescues over the years and have fostered many dogs and cats. In addition to fostering, my rescue work also included coordinating, conducting and meeting rescue transports, administering meds to animals that were transported into the rescue and handling adoptions and home visits, care for kittens and puppies and elderly animals. I have had at least one dog in my life for just about my entire life. Cats came later in life when I had my kids because when I was a child myself, I wasn't allowed to have a cat. Over the years, I've learned about as much about cats as I know about dogs. My animals are well loved and cared for and I am very good at building new relationships with dogs and cats - meeting them where they are and working with them based on their individual cues and needs, not human expectations. Although I have no formal training, I have years of experience that has benefited me with extremely well behaved and happy animals. Before moving to Delaware, I was the unofficial dog/cat sitter for my neighborhood. I decided then that I would like to at least start doing this professionally on a part time basis. Now that I've been here for a little more than a year, the time is right for me to start. First with daily check ins and walks. Perhaps overnights with pets in my home on on a case by case basis since I have my own fur babies here. Your pets would be in great hands with me. I work full time from home and can do occasional walks and check in's during my work day. I have more availability after work and on the weekends. I walk my own dogs in the mornings, but I can check in on yours as needed. Either a visit to feed and play for a bit or for a quick walk.
