About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a dog and two cats back home, and since I’ve been away for work, I’ve really missed spending time with them. That’s one of the reasons I’m excited to offer pet care through Rover. I’ve also pet sat for others in the past and understand how important it is to keep pets safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, cleaning up after them, or simply keeping them company, I’ll treat your pets with the same patience, love, and attention I’d want for my own. About: Since 2006, I have traveled for work extensively (100-200+/days) and owned several dogs and homes. I know how challenging it can be to find someone who loves dogs and won't cancel or flake last minute, and also not worry about the stress and care level at boarding environments for your furry family members. I am a college coach with open dates this summer to watch your home and pets. I'd love to earn extra income in order to keep chasing my dream with my 12-year-old border collie. If I'm working in the office, I'm still able to make time for home visits, walks and all the pets. I am also able to work remote at times. I look forwarding to finding some families to help as much as I can. I have raised agility dogs, puppies, seniors and added to my pack of 2-3 over the years. I have a good knowledge of feeding dogs with allergies, have done many baths and grooming, and have cared for sick pups. About: Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to care for several dogs and a cat with a variety of personalities and needs. I’ve cared for a Pitbull mix, Chihuahua, Australian Shepherd, a Terrier mix, and a Maine Coon cat. I’ve also been a pet parent to a Cane Corso/Lab mix, so I’m very comfortable around larger breeds and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and proper care. I’m comfortable giving medications and following specific care routines. I’ve provided medication for pets as well as my own, so I understand how important it is to be reliable and attentive when it comes to health needs. I truly love animals and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away — treating them with the same attention and kindness I’d want for my own I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for drop-ins, walks, pet care, and overnight stays. On weekdays, I work Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, but I am available for early morning visits between 6 AM–7:30 AM for feeding, medication, potty breaks, and walks, as well as evening care from 5:30 PM -8:30 PM I teach yoga on Mondays and Thursdays, so my availability on those days is limited. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s routine and find a schedule that works best. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I take the time to learn each pet’s schedule, personality, and individual needs, including feeding routines, walks, medication, and any special instructions. I understand that pets can feel stressed when their people are away, so I provide a calm, patient presence and plenty of attention while respecting their home and environment.
