“I was so comfortable leaving Chance in the care of Marissa and her family. She communicated with me through our entire stay and sent beautiful pictures of Chance adjusting (and loving) his vacay family. A special thank you to her son, who romped with him daily in the Ohio snow. We are so lucky to have them close as we travel a lot.”

9. Richard S.
About: I have been taking care of special needs dogs for the last few years, and my oldest (Leo) is 22 & still very active. I can also help with puppy training or boarding depending on breed. I work remotely from home so my schedule is pretty flexible aside from taking care of my own dogs & personal life. I am pretty much open without having yo provide much notice in an emergency situation. I treat my dogs like children, and unfortunately are very spoiled with walks & attention on a daily basis. There safety & happiness are my top priority , and would treat ur animals the same.

10. EDNA CRISTINA G.
“Edna Cristina has cared for my dogs (and my children initially) on and off for nearly 8 years. She is extremely reliable and develops an amazing rapport with all animals she encounters. She has a big heart and cares deeply about those in her charge. Edna Cristina is a delightful person. She holds high standards and is always interested in learning new skills. She taught herself how to groom our two big, hairy Golden Retrievers. They adore and miss her since she doesn't live near us anymore. Anyone who has the chance to hire her is lucky!”

11. Jennifer P.

“I have so much trust in Jennifer. She has given me so many tips to help Pepe's skin and overall wellbeing. She goes out of her way to give me so much information that would benefit Pepe.”

12. Cale C.

“Cale and his Dad were phenomenal! This was the first time I have ever had to board my dog before and I was extremely nervous to do so. They were so reassuring and walked me through the entire process. I loved that I could bring Junipers toys, bed and blanket with her and they were able to give Juniper her daily meds. She was so happy, and calm when I picked her up and I loved the daily pupdates. I now feel very comfortable being able to leave her on longer vacations as I know she will be well looked after!”

13. Allison W.

“Allison took great care of Emma!! She took her on lots of walks, got her used to playing with other puppies and taught her some good manners. Emma is a much better behaved pup after staying with Allison and her family. Thank you so much.”

14. Cynthia & Tim M.
About: I have had dogs my entire life. We currently have two sweet cavaliers, age 12 and 8.5 who love to be with other dogs. I was an agility competitor for several years. My husband and I are retired, and home most of the time unless we are traveling. We often care for friends' pets and are happy to provide references. We have a doggy door to a safe fenced area for potty breaks and outdoor play. Your dogs will bed part of our family while with us.

15. chelsie g.

I have a 4lb Yorkie and had to go out of town, Joylyn was so nice and would send me video of how my dog Jackson was doing, she spoiled him lol, every time she sent a video she was holding him, I felt so secure that she took care of him like he was her very own, you would be lucky to have her care for you pet child. Thank you”

18. Kate W.

“Kate and her fiance were wonderful and so welcoming to our dog, Biji, who was rather stressed out from a several-day road trip by the time we arrived. The hotel we stayed at in Sandusky did not take dogs so we were grateful Kate was there to take our baby for the night. She sent regular photos and updates, and by the time we picked Biji up she was having a great time. Kate even gave Biji a "thank you" gift of milk bones for the road! I highly recommend Kate if you are in the area!”
