“Joyce was communicative, and dedicated to taking good care of our dog while we were out of town, even on Christmas day! She was great, and we will definitely ask her for help again in the future.”

About: I have been animal sitting ever since I was in elementary school. Growing up with a hobby farm of horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats I have always had the responsibility of caring for all the animals and I just fell in love with them. I was a dog groomer for 9 years and absolutely loved it so much, so if you need your pups washed I can provide that service for you including nails. I promise to treat your animals as if they are my own and I will play, scratch and care for them and love them. Pet care is a huge part of my life. I have 2 dogs and 2 horses. So caring for your animals will be a top priority as well. I know the importance of animals needed exercise, love, attention and im here to help you out with that during your busy work schedule or your vacation time so you can relax and know your fur babies are taken well care of. I have two very adventurous pups who would love to go on walks or hikes depending on your pup, or if your pup prefers a solo walk or hike im all in for that. :) Im here to make your fur babies feel the most comfortable along with you having the ease of knowing someone is taking the best care of your pups, because thats just what I love doing!
“Isabella did a great job looking after our special needs cat and lizard while we were out of town for our wedding; we got the joy of coming home to content and relaxed pets after a very busy weekend. Our cat is usually nervous around new people, but he warmed up quickly with no issues and was very happy to see her!”

About: I've been taking care of animals of all kinds since I was 12 years old. I've been my family and friends’ designated pet sitter since since I moved to Oregon in 2019. So I figured why not join Rover! I'm currently working part-time so I have lots of time for your fur baby needs. I'm a caregiver with one client currently so I am with them Tuesdays and Thursdays for about 3 hours. I have my little zoo at home where we have 4 kitties and have 2 long term boarded kitties. I have a bearded dragon I have boarded for the next few months as well. I also have 4 ferrets that have their own private space away from the kitties just bc they can be a little rough when playing together. We like our automatic litterboxes but have no problem with a regular box if that's what your fur baby is used to. If your cat/s are a bit more shy we have no problem providing them a private space to insure no stress or anxiety.
“Mandy did a great job! Both my dogs loved her; especially Keisar from the moment he meet her when she just stopped by to meet them. Mandy is very accommodating and easy going; she doesn't mind a little dog hair or slobber, or big leaners. Thank you!”

“Paula cared for our duck flock while we were on vacation! She went above and beyond, filling the water trough they like to play in each day that she dropped by. We are grateful that she was willing to watch over our gals while we were away. We will definitely consider contacting her again. Thanks Paula!”

About: I have volunteered at an animal shelter for 8 months, taking care of cats, dogs, bunnies, and anything that came through those doors. I have dealt with waste, scratches (thankfully not bites). I love to get outside and move and pets are a great way to do that, however, I don’t have any of my own right now so I’m excited at the chance to walk and interact with others! I work 7am-3:30pm Saturday - Wednesday. Therefore I am free in the early afternoons and on Thursday and Friday. I love to get exercise so I will walk as long or as little as your fur baby needs. I am good at following instructions. I can not have pets where I am so I can only do at home care. With that being said, I will ensure to follow any/ everything your fur baby needs.
“Lyndsay was fantastic I will definitely be hiring her again to take care of my cat Patty! Communication is big for me and I was kept fully informed the entire time I was out of town. Lyndsay is reassuring and just lovely to deal with. Highly recommend! Thanks Lyndsay!”

“Alessandra looked after our two cats over a long weekend. I found her to be very communicative over rover and kept me upto date on their feeding schedule, packages and gave a lot of playtime to both of them. I found the house and litter to be very clean, and coordinating key exchange and drop off was a breeze. Thank you for taking care of Frodo and Sybil. They look forward to your next visit.”

About: Hi, My name is Alyssa and I love animals! I have grew up around dogs and cats my whole life. My house is super dog friendly, dogs are allowed on furniture and in my bed! My house has access to trails. I'd love to walk your dog on. Monday, Tuesdays and, Fridays I am only taking potty trained and crate trained dogs from 6am-11am. They would only be in a crate, to drop off and pick-up my daughter from preschool, never for more than an hour! I also have 2 dogs a 35lb Queensland Heeler named Smokie and a 10lb Dashound named Rascal. They are both up to date on all vaccinations and flea/tick guards. They are used to being around all sized dogs and love to play! Your dogs must be up to date on all vaccines too. I would love to have your dogs join our pack!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I raised a chihuahua from a puppy when i was 16, and currently have two dogs, a pit terrier and a chihuahua. I genuinely love pets and care for them as much as any family member. I’m a wildland firefighter during the summer, and like to take care of pets during the winter. I have plenty of free time at the moment to take care of your pets any day of the week, at any time! I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly pups who love to play and keep other pets company. I can crate, bathe, and feed your furry loved ones dependent on your needs.
About: Being in the industry I have gained skills and knowledge to handle different types of animals from smallest to biggest, to professional k-9 officers understanding German for their commands. I work at the Rancho Cucamonga Animal Shelter as a care attendant. I have worked in different hospitals and exotic animal sanctuary as an animal keeper to provide care and enrichment for everyone and stimulate their mind. I like to play with with the animals and gain satisfaction seeing them full of joy. I can watch any type of pet from barn, to exotic birds and reptiles, to dogs and cats of any breed and species. I do admire all animals and like to observe them often and read their body language to see what they are trying to communicate with me and build a bond with me. It is priceless
About: I have watched many animals over the years. A range of small and large dogs, and many cats. Animals are so special, and I love to care for them. I am currently working part time, I have time throughout my day to let dogs out to potty, and feed them. I am also able to stay at your house. I am educated in crating dogs, and making sure they stay in the yard. I have dispensed medication to animals, and given shots to animals with diabetes.

About: Taking care of pups has been a huge part of my life. I have volunteered at animal shelters in the past, walking and loving on the dogs there, and cleaning their spaces. I also know CPR for dogs and have a good understanding of basic emergency veterinary medicine for dogs. I care very deeply about the welfare of every pup that comes under my wing, and always make sure to provide the best possible care for them, no matter what. During a stay, I like to get an idea of what your pup enjoys doing the most. If they have a set schedule they like sticking to, I’m more than happy to accommodate. In general, there are a few things that I love doing in particular: I love to go for walks in big open spaces with lots of smells and trees/nature (parks), play fetch, play with toys in the backyard, and of course, have some time to wind down and get lots of love and cuddles! My every day schedule varies a little but I would make sure to make time for needed outings and clear my schedule for plenty of outside and inside time! I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet before a booking to ensure that we’re all a good match for each other. I don’t have any breed preferences, and love every kind of pup all the same! A meet is also a good opportunity for me to start collecting some important information about your pooch (special requests, medications/allergies, feeding schedules, favorite toys/activities) and start thinking about the best way to make your pup’s stay as perfect as possible. Making sure that both pups and owners feel completely comfortable and well taken care of is my number one priority. That’s why I design every stay around a dog’s particular needs, and will always be in regular communication with owners.
