About: Hi! I'm a dependable, caring, and attentive pet lover who understands that pets are family. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'm committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of different sizes, ages, and personalities. I'll always treat your home and your pet with the same respect and care I would my own. Communication is important to me, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and messages during every visit or stay. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in caring, reliable hands. I look forward to meeting you and your pet and providing them with a fun, safe, and loving experience! I currently work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. Whether your pet needs potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or just some extra companionship, I'm able to accommodate their routine. My flexible hours also make it easy to work around your schedule for drop-offs, pick-ups, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, love, and care while they're with me. Your pet will have plenty of space to feel comfortable and have fun! I have a fully fenced backyard with lots of room to run, play, and relax in the shade. My two friendly dogs enjoy having canine company and are happy to make new friends. I also have a crate available for small to medium-sized dogs if your pup is crate-trained or needs a quiet space to relax. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where your pet feels right at home.

“Joyce was communicative, and dedicated to taking good care of our dog while we were out of town, even on Christmas day! She was great, and we will definitely ask her for help again in the future.”

About: I've cared for pets from a young age and done house sitting for family and friends for years. I've house sat for households that have upwards of 7 dogs. I've also helped raise and train puppies for dog shows and 4h events. I'm working evenings Sunday-Wednesday but am available to do walks and check ins before 2 pm those days and have open availability the other days and am open availability for in care every day. I have worked with dogs and other animals under trained professionals for years and am comfortable talking pets for walks keeping their spaces clean and keeping them the company they may need.
“Isabella did a great job looking after our special needs cat and lizard while we were out of town for our wedding; we got the joy of coming home to content and relaxed pets after a very busy weekend. Our cat is usually nervous around new people, but he warmed up quickly with no issues and was very happy to see her!”

About: I have not yet worked for other families, but I have had animals my whole life including big dogs, small dogs, cats, and outdoor animals. I will be going to school at OIT in September, I don’t have exact working dates or hours yet, but once my schedule is set I will be as flexible as possible. I am comfortable with cleaning up after your fur baby if there is a mess made while I am with them. I am also open to learning how to leash train and crate train if needed.

“Alessandra looked after our two cats over a long weekend. I found her to be very communicative over rover and kept me upto date on their feeding schedule, packages and gave a lot of playtime to both of them. I found the house and litter to be very clean, and coordinating key exchange and drop off was a breeze. Thank you for taking care of Frodo and Sybil. They look forward to your next visit.”

“Emily is the best sitter that I have ever found! She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and thoughtful. When I went out of town, Emily gave extra special care and attention to my cat. She was sure to send me lots of updates and cute pictures of my cat as well! When I have to go out of town, it always gives me such peace of mind to know that Emily is checking in on my kitty! Whenever I return, my cat is just as calm as when I left and seems very well-loved. She does stellar work :) Thank you to Emily for being so awesome!”

About: I have been animal sitting ever since I was in elementary school. Growing up with a hobby farm of horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats I have always had the responsibility of caring for all the animals and I just fell in love with them. I was a dog groomer for 9 years and absolutely loved it so much, so if you need your pups washed I can provide that service for you including nails. I promise to treat your animals as if they are my own and I will play, scratch and care for them and love them. Pet care is a huge part of my life. I have 2 dogs and 2 horses. So caring for your animals will be a top priority as well. I know the importance of animals needed exercise, love, attention and im here to help you out with that during your busy work schedule or your vacation time so you can relax and know your fur babies are taken well care of. I have two very adventurous pups who would love to go on walks or hikes depending on your pup, or if your pup prefers a solo walk or hike im all in for that. :) Im here to make your fur babies feel the most comfortable along with you having the ease of knowing someone is taking the best care of your pups, because thats just what I love doing!
About: I have volunteered at an animal shelter for 8 months, taking care of cats, dogs, bunnies, and anything that came through those doors. I have dealt with waste, scratches (thankfully not bites). I love to get outside and move and pets are a great way to do that, however, I don’t have any of my own right now so I’m excited at the chance to walk and interact with others! I work 7am-3:30pm Saturday - Wednesday. Therefore I am free in the early afternoons and on Thursday and Friday. I love to get exercise so I will walk as long or as little as your fur baby needs. I am good at following instructions. I can not have pets where I am so I can only do at home care. With that being said, I will ensure to follow any/ everything your fur baby needs.

My house has access to trails. I'd love to walk your dog on. Monday, Tuesdays and, Fridays I am only taking potty trained and crate trained dogs from 6am-11am. I also have 2 dogs a 35lb Queensland Heeler named Smokie and a 10lb Dashound named Rascal. They are both up to date on all vaccinations and flea/tick guards. Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Klamath Falls
we were extremely satisfied with Bo's service and this Rover app service as well. It’s been amazing and gave us lots of peace of mind when we went out of town, Bo was wonderful. He kept us updated with the service he provided and daily pictures, our cat is a rescue cat and does not warm up to men easily, but she warmed up to Bo right off the bat we could tell she was very happy. we will be using your service again, and will request Bo upon his availability.

I am extremely pleased with Vanessa's time with Luna. She is quickly responsive to messages, shows up on time, and is consistent with her playtime with Luna. Luna is timid at times, but she warmed up quickly to Vanessa. Wonderful photos taken, also, to show me a happy kitty! Much anxiety was alleviated once I saw how attentive Vanessa was. Thank you! I will definitely ask again for her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
