“My wife & I have had some not so good sitters, good sitters, very good sitters, but until now we’ve never had a truly excellent sitter. Jaclyn is our excellent sitter. To make a long story short, my wife & I were going to leave for a nice overnight stay. The plans were set & Jaclyn was set to do the sitting for our 3 little chihuahuas. The night before we were scheduled to leave, one of our little girls rolled over, fell off of our bed & broke her foot. Our Vet splinted her leg & we had every intention of canceling our outing. Jaclyn said “no problem, I can deal with this, go & enjoy yourselves.” I knew from our meet & greet, that Jaclyn was very competent & our girls were very comfortable around her. Jaclyn put us at ease, we left, enjoyed our time out & returned to 3 happy little chihuahuas & not a mess in the house. I highly recommend Jaclyn, she is simply the best sitter we’ve ever had.”

About: I grew up in a big pet loving family. I have taken care of lots of animals that have been my own and other peoples pets. I am comfortable walking dogs of all sizes, giving pets oral and topical medication as well as bathing and cleaning up after them. I currently work full time but am available in the mornings and evenings for dog walking, giving potty breaks and checking in on animals that may need a food refill. My main service will be walking dogs or entering homes to provide other animal caring services. I am good at communicating and can send pictures for updates on how your animal is doing.

I started walking dogs at 12 years old and spent multiple summers walking dogs to earn money for trips. Since I was 13, I have also provided in-home dog sitting for various families. About: Animal lover here! I take very good care of dogs of all kinds as demonstrated by my volunteer and pet sitting experience. I have volunteered at shelters with scared dogs large and small, fostered and trained shelter puppies, was a babysitter for puppy raisers with Guide Dogs for the Blind and served client families as a professional pet sitter. My role for others' fur babies is to provide care so that they have their needs met in their parents' absence. I am a great surrogate parent! I like to keep dog routines continued to minimize stress on pets and their people. For parents that don't have the time or for dogs that can use additional exercise, I can take dogs out for walks. I have also been a cat mom of 4 at once and love cats too! I have my dog, Brodie, and my routine revolves around him. About: Completed provided training and volunteered at the Animal shelter I’m comfortable providing insulin shots or oral medications as needed I can do basic hand and commands at your request to be continuous in the training of dogs. Often referred to as the animal whisperer with over 30 years experience of loving and caring for my own and other pets including cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, bearded dragon, goats, horses, cows and turtles. Dog walks are awesome when he too can tag along. Only with prior permission. Rovering is how i spend my days with regular clients and fitting in others where feasible. Sprocket has a small backyard for play but prefers to go for car rides in his crate for new adventures. We play both indoor and out door games. correction is made with positive reinforcement.

My work from home position and my Wednesday-Sunday work schedule gives me a unique position that most others cannot provide. I am home bound for work during typical "social days" and love to have pets of all kinds as my coworkers! Everyone's needs are different. I personally have two indoor cats that I would never let out. But, I know others who have an outdoor cat they take on walks. Understanding that each pet has a different personality, routines, and temperament is the key to making sure everyone's needs are met.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs since childhood, thanks to my family who taught me that a dog can be a human's best friend. This has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility for their needs and care and overall a happy dog. over the years I have also enjoyed cat-sitting for friends and family as well. I currently work a part-time job, but only three days a week. I am currently trying to become a teacher. I'm happy to accommodate most days and am pretty flexible, as you need. Please let me know or give me a heads-up so we can work something out! My home features a fenced backyard and a 4-year-old fur baby who loves to run and play. I have done leash training before with my last dog, so if my client does not have a backyard, it is not a problem for me to take them outside. Therefore, I love being outdoors and enjoy walking through the neighborhood or trails. There are a few by my house as well.
