About: Hi my name is laila and i’ve worked at 4 dog daycares. My most recent and committed one has been fidos playland. I’ve been working with dogs since around 2021 and have one of my own that i trained. I get the basic understand behind dogs in general since i’ve been with them every single day and love to learn there personalities to communicate with them. I babysit from home i have a mini dog daycare the most i get through the day is about 5 dogs. I did work in a boarding facility and in dogs homes before. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
