About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all breeds and sizes since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with their pets. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and pets with special needs. I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently live in a separate suite on my father’s property. While I don’t have any pets of my own I am an active part of daily care for the family pets and always have been, so this responsibility is not new or burdensome to me. Additionally, my home arrangement affords me the opportunity to give your pet friend undivided care and attention. As a full time student, I have ample time to spend with your pet! Whether it’s going on walks, playtime, or lounging around. All activities fit perfectly into my daily routine. I love being outside, so pets in my care get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and playtime! Whether I’m watching your pet at your home or mine, I always keep things calm, safe, and fun. I closely follow their normal routine and give them the attention they need to feel comfortable and happy. I have my own separate living quarters, which allows for separation from other animals on the property. However, due to my unique living situation, I still have access to other animals for socialization or companionship if that’s something your pet enjoys.

“Megan was great! She came and did a meet and greet with our girl before we left to get acquainted with her and to get to know us. She was in contact with us the entire time that we were gone and even sent us a picture each day of Socks! The best part was that Socks came out of her hiding place each time that Megan came over to visit with her which is a huge deal, she doesn’t come out for anyone but my husband or I so for her to have Socks sign of approval is a huge deal! We will absolutely use her again and I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets. I’ve raised and cared for dogs in the past, giving me a solid understanding of canine behavior, training, and daily needs. Currently, I manage my own cats at home and care for a local community cat colony, providing daily feeding, socialization, medical care, and enrichment. This experience has taught me patience, observation, and adaptability, allowing me to meet the unique needs of each pet—whether they’re shy, senior, or high-energy. I treat every animal with compassion and respect, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide consistent and attentive care for your cats. “This was my first experience booking with rover, and it was a great experience! Emily was amazing!! She did overnights in my home for 23 days! She took great care of my cats and bird. From the first meet and greet, my cats gravitated towards her. The cats are younger, less than a year old, and this is the first time I was going to be away from them for an extended period of time. Emily definitely put my mind at ease. She was very pleasant and professional. She truly enjoys being around animals and mine truly enjoyed her. She communicated with me frequently and sent pictures & videos of them often. They were all so happy and well taken care of. She even befriended my temperamental, old, little parrot and he was sitting on her shoulder by the end of her stay. I highly recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for a future stay!”

“The cats were still here, healthy and happy. The house was in good shape. The mail was organized. She was very responsive to calls and sent cat pics. This was my first time with Emilie, but I will certainly try to get her again.”

“Lily was so caring and followed everything we asked her to do. Our cat love her . She took photos and answered questions everytine. So responsible and trustworthy person. We definitely ask her to help us next time.”

About: I work at FSU (as a 9-month contract faculty), so I'm totally free (full time at home) during the summer. I love dog and I have owned one small dog 'Sadie' since 2013. She is very friendly, enthusiastic and gets along well with other dogs in our neighborhood. Sadie likes walking, so I take her to a walk twice a day in the mornings and in the evenings. I'd like to extend my love to your dog, especially for those who don't have the privilege to take care of their dogs full time. I have a large fenced yard. There is beautiful grass almost everywhere in my neighborhood. I can follow any directions given, and send updates throughout the day if wanted. If you are curious about the dog sitting time lapse in the past three years, that's because we had a baby daughter in the year of 2000. She is now 3 years old and she is a dog lover as well! The other reason is that our dog Sadie was paralyzed and we had to spend a lot time taking care of her. Fortunately she has been recovering very well and now she can walk normally (sometimes with a sling support on her back) as happy as she is always. We have learned how to take good care of a special needs dog. I'm currently on my summer vacation (as a 9-month contract faculty at FSU), so I have plenty of time to play with your pets and take good care of them as I do with my own dog - Sadie. I have a large fenced yard with a large covered patio and a very friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. With four bedrooms and a large sunroom, I can easily crate your pet or put in a separate (private) room if needed.

About: Hello there! I'm very excited to take care of your four-legged family member. I'm a part time online college student, so I am home most of the time. I love dogs since I was a child, and would help anybody if they weren't able to or didn't have the time. I'm very adventurous, and I love to walk. So your pet will absolutely get it's daily exercise in and will never get bored. I treat all the dogs I care for like they are my own, so everybody will feel the love as soon as they enter my home. I’m very informative so if you want daily information on your pet and what has happen each day while your dog is my care I’m glad to offer.
