About: I’ve been a life time animal lover! I grew up with two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Westie. I currently live on a 300 acre farm with 9 cats. We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can offer a relaxing atmosphere and all day care on weekends along with morning and afternoon care on week days. I can also board or do drop-in visits for fish, hamsters, or horses. Your dog will love a relaxing mountain retreat! Your cat can enjoy a quiet vacation! I work full time as a teacher. I can board your pet all weekends or in the afternoons. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.

About: Hi I’m Callihan! I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was in middle school. I’m 35 and do not have any 2-legged children, just 4-legged ones! I’ve both owned and taken care of puppies through senior dogs and every age in between. I’ve done overnights in peoples houses to just walks. I have horses and cats and am also comfortable taking care of those species as well. Friends and neighbors have relied on me for years to take excellent care of their pets - I treat them as if they were my own! I currently work full time but am free in the mornings before work, evenings and on weekends. I also work from home on Fridays so am available all day on those days. I am comfortable crating your pet if that is what you prefer or find safest for them. My own dogs are crate-trained until they can behave themselves and stay safe in my home during the day. I live on a 15-acre farm in Chambersburg so my dogs get plenty of time outside in the fresh air! I’m happy to care for your fur baby as you normally would if it fits into my daily schedule.

I love to cook elevated pet meals enriched with beef, fresh veggies, fish oil, etc and also am a strong supporter of animal enrichment such as treat puzzles and learning new tricks! If your pet needs to be the only pet, let me know and I can accommodate for you. I work from Monday to Thursday, and I have the rest of the time with no other commitments. I would love to know details such as your pets’ personality, likes/dislikes, fears, and anything else you deem important. I am located walking distance to a vet as well as Zonolite Park. We can go for long walks there or doggy play dates with a close neighbors’ dog if you would like! I have many years’ experience babysitting, so understand this dynamic well. My goal is to help everyone feel comfortable and priority is your pet’s wellbeing and happiness. I am excited to meet you and your pet!

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid. I love taking care of them. I can care for all types and sizes. I would treat your animal like they are my own. I do plan on going in to a vet tech program very soon. So I would be able to give care if needed. I currently do not work. So I have plenty of type to take care of your animals. I tend to wake up pretty early, so I would be able to let your animals out early in the morning. I can care for your pet in the way that feels the most comfortable to you. If you would rather them stay out of crates and me play with them or if you want them in a crate. It is all up to you and I will treat them however you want me to.

About: I’m a veterinary technician who has been in this field for 3 years now before that worked at more than one doggie daycare center. Would love to Continue doing what I love outside my job ! It’s an everyday routine. I own a golden doodle , a kitten and 2 Guinea pigs on top of helping all the animals at my full time job I have a friendly dog who loves to play and take long walks which is what we do almost everyday. I have a lot of toys as well to keep your baby happy.

About: Dogs, cats, bird, lizards and fish have all been apart of my family at different stages of my life. I have had dogs from young pups to seniors. I am currently self employed as a doula and am a retired veteran. I have flexibility and freedom to plan my schedule. I love animals and working with them. I have had dogs and other pets my entire life. The dog that is currently apart of my family has been in a lot of trainings and is current on shots. In the past I have volunteered to foster litters of kittens and sometimes fostered puppies for small periods of time.

About: Full disclosure I have not been paid to care for dogs yet however i did raise a puppy from a couple months to a year and worked on training. Ive also grown up with and cared for all types of dogs and dog sizes. I have cared for senior dogs as well. Bathing, walking, clipping nails, giving medication, feeding, basic training etc are all things I have experience with. I am currently waiting on a review for school, as of right now i am free any day of the week. After I start school it will only take up 4 days of the weekday and be mornings/early afternoons where i am not available. In the clients home, i will adhere to the needs/wants of care to a T such as what times to walk/play with your pets, feeding times, bathing, cleaning up as soon as possible if a mess is made, sending pictures of your pets to reassure or just because, etc. I will care for your pet as if my own, and respect any and all boundaries made.

I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions are always double-checked, and I keep a close eye on pets during walks and playtime. I take time to understand each dog’s personality, energy level, and any special needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions exactly. In my home, dogs are supervised, have a calm, clean environment, and receive plenty of attention, exercise, and enrichment. I’m comfortable administering basic care, transporting pets safely to vet appointments, and providing regular updates so owners feel confident and informed. I treat every pet as if they were my own — with patience, consistency, and lots of love.

About: I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 4 snakes. I’ve been helping and taking care of pets since i was around 5. I love animals, and go to shelter’s frequently to hang out and interact with the cats and dogs. I’ve dogsat for my family members as well I am currently in college, and am looking for an extra way to make money by doing the things that i love! My hours are pretty open as I have few classes. All my cats are indoor cats. My dogs go out on leashes when i walk them. My snakes cages are locked and only are unlocked when they are being handled. Any rules/regulations for the animal and or home will be followed to a t.

About: I have taken care of animals for about 7 years now. We moved away from home and i miss doing it! I have a backyard that is fenced in that i let the dogs run and play in. i am home all day long due to having a 6 month old baby so i’m home to care, love and play with your furry animals Caring for pets in my home, I will play with them, take them on walks, feed them and bathe them. Also let them run outside in the back yard that is fenced in.

About: While growing up, my parents fostered many greyhounds. I assisted with training, walks, and over all care! I love pups of all shapes and ages! I have an Australian Shepard named Levee. I care for all his needs daily. We get exercise by going on 2-4 hiking trails a week. I would prefer coming to you. I want your pups comfortable and in THIER space. Whatever you need! Walks, playing, or just keeping them company!

About: I LOVE DOGS!! What more can I say? I have had dogs in my family, of my own and taken care of family dogs practically since I was born. I've been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and love all of them, no matter what! I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). Sometimes I like to think of myself as a dog whisperer: I can get along with all dogs and read what they need or want. I'm also great at helping dogs to heal or get over their fears! I especially love giving and receiving loves (hugs, kisses and lots of cuddles and petting)! Give me your doggie babies! :D I would love to take care of them!

About: In my opinion, animals are the best thing in the world! Especially when they become pets. I am a nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital, but I have always had other passions. One passion would definitely be my love for animals and nature! When I am not at the hospital I would love to get to know you and your family pet! I love all animals so much ... I got allergy weekly/biweekly shots (2 in each arm) to prove it!! I am super interested in caring for your family pet and making them feel like you never left home! I am interested in walking, sitting, home visits and boarding animals. I grew up with dogs, cats, cows, chickens, pigs, rabbits, hamsters, hermit crabs, etc!
