About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.
About: Full disclosure I have not been paid to care for dogs yet however i did raise a puppy from a couple months to a year and worked on training. Ive also grown up with and cared for all types of dogs and dog sizes. I have cared for senior dogs as well. Bathing, walking, clipping nails, giving medication, feeding, basic training etc are all things I have experience with. I am currently waiting on a review for school, as of right now i am free any day of the week. After I start school it will only take up 4 days of the weekday and be mornings/early afternoons where i am not available. In the clients home, i will adhere to the needs/wants of care to a T such as what times to walk/play with your pets, feeding times, bathing, cleaning up as soon as possible if a mess is made, sending pictures of your pets to reassure or just because, etc. I will care for your pet as if my own, and respect any and all boundaries made.

About: I provide personalized care, puppy training reinforcement and senior dog support. I follow each dogs routine, offer plenty of attention and ensure pets feel safe, comfortable and loved. I work part-time and am available after 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday. I am available all day Friday through Sunday. I can provide playtime and love during my free time. I have a fenced-in dog run and three dogs of my own. For safety and comfort, all dogs are crated at night and when I am out.

My first dog 2 when I adopted him and I cared for him until he crossed over the rainbow bridge when he passed at 10yrs old. I also raised two puppies from 8 weeks until they crossed over as well. I work full time away from home Monday thru Friday, so your pet would be alone for about 8hrs week days. I will make sure they are let out before I leave and let out again immediately once I return home. I am able to walk dogs / check in on family pets after 4:30pm on week days. I have a deck and a 6ft tall fenced in yard. I do not have small children in my home. I also do not have any other pets that may not get along with another dog.
