About: I have always lived with dogs since I was a small child. The last 8 years I have been house/dog sitting for a retired couple with multiple dogs. This past May I lost my 16 year old rat terrier- broke my heart. Shortly after a relative asked me to keep his chocolate lab for a week and I loved it. I miss having a dog at the house! I work full time currently from home until COVID pandemic is over. My office is 10 minutes away from home- lunch visits to the house would be made on days needed. I own my own home with a fenced in yard next door to a empty lot. I have no children do it would be just me at the house.

“We feel like Millie and Kendall are part of the family! They take such good care of wylde like she’s one of their own. Thank you for all you do to make our girl happy”

“Liz is the best! She kept me updated, she was very informative, and I could tell my dog absolutely adored her! She went above and beyond just walking my dog. I can tell she really loves animals. I have used her multiple times, and would definitely recommend her to anyone that really wants someone that cares for their dog as if they were her own.”

“Dani was great with my two cats and one dog. She was incredibly communicative and responsive. All my girls were happy and well fed when I returned from my trip. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a cat/dog sitter”

About: I was raised on a small farm, where caring for animals was part of daily life. Horses, goats, sheep, cows, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, reptiles, even the occasional rescue raccoon. That foundation grew into a passion, and eventually, a career. I’ve spent the past six years working as a veterinary technician with both large and small animals, and I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from LSU! At the heart of it all, I know what it feels like to love an animal like family. My late Aussie, Tayt, taught me that. Pets aren’t just pets—they can become your world. Under my care, they’ll be treated with the same love, attention, and respect I give my own! As a recent graduate from LSU with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to the care of your pets. I’m currently dedicating the next few months to growing my business on Rover while working from home and planning the next chapter of my career in animal care. This means I have the flexibility and availability to be fully present for your pets—providing attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care throughout the day. For those special needs and senior pets, I can give oral meds, subcutaneous fluids, IV and IM injections, apply topical treatments, and be extra mindful on monitoring their health. During each boarding request/house sit/day care I can provide: • bathing • nail trims • grooming • several walks • and give endless affection! If you book me for house sitting, your home can get VIP treatment too. I’m happy to help with cleaning, watering plants or gardens, and general tidying—whatever brings you peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I grew up with three dachshunds and now have a sweet Great Pyrenees mix of my own. She is comfortable with pups big and small! I currently work from home, so I have a lot of free time during the week/weekends and would love to help out other animal parents in need! I have a fenced yard and walk my dog everyday! My neighbor also has a pup who loves to play. She loves to play fetch and eat ice cubes!

About: Hello and thank you for considering me to take care of your fur baby! I love animals and have had them all my life. I grew up on a small farm with everything from cats and dogs to goats, chickens, and llamas. At the moment I currently have a senior cat named Jackson who’s living his best indoor/outdoor kitty life. In addition to being an animal lover, I am also a board certified general surgeon! I am comfortable with administering medication and injections if needed. Whether it be going for a walk or stop being by for some chin scratches, I’m your girl! I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s). I currently work full-time so unfortunately and unable to offer weekday boarding. However, I am available for drop in visits and walking services throughout the week. For clients with an enclosed yard, I am happy to go outside to help your pet stretch their legs and play. Otherwise pets will be kept on a leash at all times while on walks.

“Second time using Aja to walk my dog and she is now my go to person. Always keeps me informed, is prompt and sends lots of pictures!”

About: Here to make your pets feel safe, happy and loved every step of the way! Having pets my whole life, it is second nature to me. Being around animals bring me joy and I love them all- big or small, furry or feathered, of anything in between. I have a wide range of time to play with the pups! With lots of availability your pup can have their walk when they want :) I have a very pet friendly home with a large fenced in yard. I also have a large dog crate (with a zen atmosphere on the inside and out) if you would like for your fur baby to have a little room of their own.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life From Jack Russel’s to Great Danes. I’ve volunteered at vets and shelters and provided care for sick and elderly pets. I have pet sat for years and enjoy providing company and comfort to pets when their owners are away/busy. I work from home full time so have a huge flexibility on my ability to take care of pets or work from other locations if needed! I have a large yard with a brand new and secure fence. I have a well trained and friendly dog and two cats that are super friendly!

About: Hi! I am a wife and a mother of two amazing children and one very awesome dog. Not only have I had personal experience with dogs of all kinds but I have also had the pleasure of doing quite a few volunteer hours in animal hospitals. I have learned quite a bit to help keep your fur-baby safe and healthy while in my care. Also, I am comfortable with administering medicine if needed. My children are both great with dogs and love to give belly rubs and play fetch. Our fur-baby Azalea is very friendly and loves to play and share her toys/balls with any visiting friends. We are a family that loves animals and would be honored if considered to care for you loved one.

About: Ever since I was a small child I have been adopting and caring for animals of various kinds. I’ve had many puppies and kittens who I raised and re-homed or kept. In addition, I’d nurse back to health any animal that needed it which included many birds and mammals like armadillos, opossums, bats, and deer. I love all animals and have a very close relationship with them. At the moment I have a pretty open schedule with classes being online so I’m open to being with pets all day. I love running, sprinting, and being active so if your pet likes that too that’s a huge plus. I have a fences and safe yard with different activities to do like balls, sticks, and toys to play with. I love being outside and playing with pets too. I have a lot of open space in my house with indoor toys as well to run around and frolic all day. I live in a nice, safe neighborhood that is very pet friendly as well.

About: Hi, I’m Haley, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. My dog is named Barry, a 100-pound German Shepherd mix full of energy and love. I grew up in a home with multiple dogs and have cared for both playful puppies and sweet senior dogs. I treat every pet like family and always tailor my care to their unique needs. Whether your dog needs a calm walk, fun playtime, or extra love while you’re away, I’m here to help. I work part-time from 10 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays through Thursdays, so I prefer not to take pet care jobs on those days. However, I’m available mornings, evenings, and all day on Mondays, Fridays, weekends, and holidays. I’m happy to work around your pet’s schedule on those days to provide loving and reliable care. When walking or caring for pets in their own homes, I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. I always follow your instructions carefully to maintain your pet’s routine and comfort. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, ensuring they feel secure and loved while you’re away. On walks, I use proper leashing and keep a close eye on surroundings to protect your dog from any hazards. I respect your home as if it were my own, leaving everything clean and tidy. Building trust with both pets and their owners is very important to me, and I communicate clearly and promptly to keep you updated.
