“Kelly was the sweetest and so many pictures shared with me to keep me in the loop. In addition, there was a heavy thunderstorm and was there to help ease my dog’s anxiety all night long. Was awake on and off until 5 in the morning to make sure my dog was comforted and fully loved. I had already rebooked her for an upcoming trip even before I picked up my doggie 🫶”
