About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and have never known life without canine companions. I recently lost my beloved (retired) service animal who I rescued and had trained to perform a variety of tasks. Having cared for multiple dogs from puppyhood to end of life (17.5 years old at the oldest), I have experience handling dogs with medical and behavioral needs. I can give oral, injectable, and topical medications, and have been trained by my veterinarian to administer and subcutaneous fluids. Got cats, bunnies, rodents, reptiles, fish, or birds? I am happy to help out with other pets as well. I work a flex schedule so my availability is pretty open. I can sit with your pet for a few hours or just drop in. I can also do overnight care in your home. Safety is number one. I will keep my client’s home secured at all times. I will also ensure access to water unless instructed otherwise. I will let your dog out in a fenced-in yard fully supervised or take them on a leashed walk. I will ask clients to provide specific instructions for the services being provided to ensure consistency of care and provide updates as requested.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My responsibilities have included feeding, walking, administering medication, cleaning litter boxes, and providing companionship. I prioritize each pet's unique needs and routines to ensure they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I am attentive, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, making sure they receive affection, exercise, and proper care. I work full time, but I have no problem caring for a pet before or after work. I am also free every weekend and can be available on short notice. When I care for pets in their own home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. Services include: Feeding, walks, and bathroom breaks as scheduled Playtime, cuddles, and companionship Cleaning up after pets (litter boxes, food bowls, accidents) Administering medications if required Home care tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants if requested Regular check-ins and photo updates I treat each client’s home with the utmost respect and always aim to leave it as I found it — or better.

“Kyra is an amazing pet caretaker! We are thankful to have her stay with our dog when we are away. It is difficult to leave a pet behind when traveling or away for the day but knowing that Kyra is there to hang with Bear, giving him lots of love, care and exercise makes leaving him behind easier. From feeding to walking, playing and even care activities (bathing, giving medicines...) there is nothing Kyra won't do for our fur baby. She even takes and sends us pictures while we are gone! She is trustworthy, conscientious, caring and all around remarkable! We highly recommend Kyra to provide care and love for your pet when you can't be there.”
