Luca previously worked at the same clinic I’m at as a receptionist and veterinary assistant, and now works in a science lab where he also helps care for lab animals. His experience makes him calm, capable, and very comfortable handling a wide range of animals. What sets us apart is that we combine professional veterinary experience with genuine, everyday love for animals. Between the two of us, your pets will always have attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. We currently have cats, ferrets, mice and 1 bearded dragon of our own, and we hold ourselves to the same high standard of care that we would want for them. Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine because animals have always been a huge part of our lives. I work full-time, but I schedule my Rover services around my work hours so that every visit gets my full attention. I’m typically available before or after work for drop-ins, walks, and evening check-ins, and I always communicate clearly about my availability. My partner Luca helps provide additional flexibility. He is a full-time student and works part-time in a lab, with a schedule that tends to stay consistent for longer periods. Because our schedules often complement each other, one of us is usually available when the other is not. This allows us to offer more consistent and reliable care throughout the day. Even with busy schedules, caring for animals is something we both genuinely enjoy and make time for, and we never take on more than we can fully commit to. We primarily care for pets in our clients’ homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. As a veterinary technician, safety is always my first priority. We follow your pet’s normal routines closely, including feeding, medications, walks, and playtime, while also keeping an eye out for any early signs of stress or illness. We’re respectful of your home, trustworthy with your space, and committed to creating a calm, clean environment for your pets while you’re away. We provide regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs for 10 years now. I’ve taken care of dogs as young as 6 months and as old as 10 years.
