“We are thrilled that we found Melissa on Rover. From the get go, she displayed clear communication regarding instructions and how she is set up at her house (we boarded our cat with her). Our cat requires oral medication twice a day and she was more than up for the challenge. She read all of our instructions for his medicine, diet, and general health concerns, and then sent us an email with all of it in her own words proving that she had read and understood everything! This was an unexpected but very nice touch that showed her commitment to her pet guest’s health. Both pick up and drop off were very simple as her house was easy to find and conveniently located in Donelson. She provided updates throughout the weekend including pictures and videos of our cat, Barney. This was our first time boarding Barney so we were nervous, but it was clear that Melissa was experienced and up for the challenge. We will be booking more stays in the future for Barney as Melissa made him feel very welcome. He even warmed up to her by the 2nd day or so which is unusual for cats! We cannot recommend Melissa enough as it’s obvious she’s an animal lover who will undoubtedly take wonderful care of your furry loved one.”
