At the tender age of 10, I embarked on my pet care journey by lovingly tending to a delightful rabbit. I learned the ins and outs of providing a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring proper feeding, and offering plenty of playtime. As I entered junior high school, my passion for animals expanded to include dogs. I had the privilege of caring for two furry friends, one small and one large. This experience taught me valuable lessons in tailoring my care approach to suit their unique needs. I became adept at handling different temperaments, understanding their exercise requirements, and maintaining their overall well-being. Fast forward to the present, and my devotion to pets has only grown stronger. Over the past five years, I have been the dedicated caregiver of my cherished cat. Through the ups and downs, I have honed my understanding of feline behavior, provided specialized dietary needs, and offered endless love and companionship.

Here's an overview of my approach: Initial Consultation: I begin by scheduling an initial consultation to meet with the client and their pets. This allows me to understand their specific needs, routines, and any special instructions. We'll discuss feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medication administration (if needed), and any other pertinent details. Creating a Familiar Environment: I strive to create a familiar environment for the pets by maintaining their usual routines as closely as possible. This includes feeding them at their regular times, following their exercise regimen, and providing playtime and affection according to their preferences. Feeding and Hydration: I ensure that pets have access to fresh food and water at all times, following the instructions provided by the client. If there are specific dietary requirements or restrictions, I diligently adhere to them. Exercise and Playtime: Dogs and cats require regular exercise and mental stimulation. I engage in play sessions, walks, or other activities tailored to their energy levels and preferences. This helps keep them physically active and mentally stimulated. Medication Administration (if applicable): If the pets require medication, I follow the client's instructions precisely. Whether it's oral medication, topical treatments, or injections, I have experience in administering different types of medications and will ensure that the proper dosage is given at the prescribed times. Regular Updates: Throughout my care, I provide regular updates to the client, offering peace of mind and keeping them informed about their pet's activities, behavior, and any notable events. This can be through text messages, photos, or even video calls, depending on the client's preferences. Maintaining a Clean Environment: I am committed to keeping the client's home clean and tidy during my pet care services. This includes cleaning up any pet messes, ensuring litter boxes are well-maintained, and keeping their living spaces clean and hygienic. Overall, my goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for both the pets and the clients. I treat every pet in my care with love, respect, and individualized attention, ensuring they feel secure and well-cared for in their own home.

This was our second time having Zuer look after our cat companion, Mylo, and house sit overnight. As always, Zuer was attentive to Mylo, and considerate of our place. I was there to greet Zuer before we left for the weekend, and Mylo was super excited to see her! During our trip we got a lot of updates, and it was clear Mylo was having a fun time playing with Zuer. We have already booked Zuer for several upcoming trips! We have nothing but wonderful things to say about her, she truly has a way with animals. We highly recommend Zuer for animal companion, and house sitting! Thank you, Zuer!
I have absolutely nothing but positive feedback about Zuer. Zuer connected with Minky (my kitty) from the first time they met and they each gained a friend in each other. While away for a weekend, Zuer truly went above and beyond in the entire care of Minky. I ended up getting constant updates and amazing photos of Minky throughout my time away. I was not worried at all during the time away and the level of care that Zuer showed Minky was truly top notch. Usually when I leave Minky I tend to worry, however none of that ocurred. Zuer came out originally to meet Minky and took a professional approach and interest in ensuring the kitty's routine and preferences were fully taken into consideration. When I got back, Minky didn't even care to see me and was already missing her friend and the amazing brushes and playtime she received. I highly recommend Zuer to anyone whom is seeking a pet sitter especially for a weekend away or longer - you will not be disappointed. I am already planning many other trips and will be using Zuer for all of them (including week long trips) as I am totally confident and fully trust her with my furball Minky. I could keep going on and on how amazing Zuer was and the care that Minky received, however I just suggest to book her yourself as you will not regret it. Zuer looked after Pepper for a week in February 2024. She stayed the week at my home. She was so thoughtful and attentive to him. Zuer is very respectful and very sweet. Pepper warmed up to her easily. Zuer would send updates and pictures regularly and I could see how comfortable Pepper was with her and at times I was bit jealous, in a good way. I would 100% have Zuer look after Pepper for future travels. She is very thoughtful and communicates frequently. There could not be a better choice of a person to look after your furbaby. She has our complete confidence and trust. She is excellent. Thank you Zuer for you kindness, patience and warmth.

Schedule
I’m a master student in UBC and I just have class on Tuesday and Thursday in Summer. I am available anytime exclude this two days.
