My dog is five years old now, and I’ve been taking care of her since she was just two months old. I’d like to think I have a real knack for bonding with dogs. Before getting her, I spent a lot of time studying nutrition and training, so I even cook her meals and have taught her to follow every command perfectly. I’ve become so in tune with dogs that I can read their emotions just by looking at their expressions or tail movements. I’m a huge animal lover. Although I can’t have a cat at home because my mom is afraid of them, I’ve gained plenty of experience volunteering at a cat hospital. What I’m most proud of is how much animals seem to like me—whenever I’m at the park, dogs naturally gravitate toward me to play fetch. I truly cherish every moment I spend with animals.
