He took the time to let our dog get comfortable at his own pace, never rushing the process and always paying close attention to his body language. Zach is incredibly gentle and reassuring, which has helped build a level of trust we honestly didn’t think was possible. We had never used a dog walker . Zach has opened out eyes. He is prompt , courteous , is great with our dog. Zach goods above and beyond to do his job . He wipes her paws as well. When we met him, he came with a notebook and wrote down everything . He sends photos occasionally . He has an assistant if he can’t be there, who is also very good. I would recommend him a thousand times over . He’s a great guy, terrific with dogs , and a very efficient , hard working young man.
