Recovering from spine surgery hasn’t been easy—especially when you’ve got two very determined pups giving you the look because they want their neighborhood walk 🐾🐶 Since I couldn’t take them myself, I reached out to Zach and the Pack (someone I saw highly recommended locally), and I’m so glad I did. Zach has been an incredible dog walker, and I truly can’t recommend him highly enough. Our dog is naturally anxious and wary of new people, but Zach has always shown an exceptional level of calmness, and understanding. He took the time to let our dog get comfortable at his own pace, never rushing the process and always paying close attention to his body language. Zach is incredibly gentle and reassuring, which has helped build a level of trust we honestly didn’t think was possible. Beyond his natural ability with anxious dogs, Zach is reliable, communicative, and genuinely invested in our dog’s well-being. He provides thoughtful updates after walks and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s such a relief to know our dog is not just being walked, but truly cared for by someone who understands his needs. If you’re looking for a dog walker who is patient, compassionate, Zach is the absolute best.
We had never used a dog walker . Zach has opened out eyes. He is prompt , courteous , is great with our dog. Zach goods above and beyond to do his job . He wipes her paws as well. When we met him, he came with a notebook and wrote down everything . He sends photos occasionally . He has an assistant if he can’t be there, who is also very good. I would recommend him a thousand times over . He’s a great guy, terrific with dogs , and a very efficient , hard working young man.
Outstanding service, knowledgeable, always on time, and great handling our rambunctious chocolate lab Hershey. Hershey is always very excited to see Zachary, we highly recommend.
