I've had experience owning a pet myself since I was 14. When we are pet-sitting our friends' dog, we make sure that they are being cared for like our own dog.

As I am working from home, I can pay attention fully to the dog's behaviour. We have a gate as well to separate the dogs if needed and we have plenty of treats and some dog puzzle toys as well. Our dog pretty much keeps to himself.

Availability
I am working full-time remotely from home and the apartment is located in a dog-friendly area. I usually take our dog for a walk in the morning, afternoon, and evening. When the weather is nice, we would play fetch. On the weekends, we take our dog to the dog park as well.
