great job with early morning drop in visits on our rescue doberman
We have had a very awful experience with this sitter. We booked her as a sitter so she takes care of our dogs in our house for a few hours that we needed to make to an important appointment. We did that one week in advance. This sitter just simply didn’t show up at the time she was supposed to be in our house, without any communication. We tried to call her through Rover app but she did not pick up. We messaged her to see what’s going on and she replied: “Can I bring my dog ? And another dog I’m taking care of?” We said no because our dogs are not comfortable around other dogs. Then she replied: “On my rover I do describe I have a dog. And he comes along with me too..”. This was definitely a false statement and there was no mention of her bringing her own dog to people’s home, let alone another additional dog. It is also very ironic that in her profile she complains about some customers’ "lack of communication or lying" while these two are the exact behaviors that she showed herself! Anyways, at that point, we had already missed the appointment we were supposed to make so we just had to cancel the sitter. We are still not sure if she really meant to bring two additional dogs to our home or for whatever reason she could not make it so just said that to force us to cancel. We should also mention it was great and reassuring that Rover allowed us to leave this review after cancellation so other customers know about our experience with this sitter and avoid falling into the same trap. We really love Rover app and will continue to use it. This was the first sitter we had a really bad experience with, which ultimately cost us some damage as we missed or appointment.

Yesenia was a wonderful companion to our two corgis over an extended stay. She tuned into their needs and likes like a true dog whisperer. She was very responsible and a good communicator, asking questions and sending photos and videos for us to enjoy. I’m certain we and Shirley and Otto will invite you again for another stay.
Thanks again Yesenia! I can tell Shadow had a great time and was well taken care of. You’ll see him again soon!
Yesnia was so great with our Bella! Bella is a senior dog and Yesnia provided the care that was needed. Yesnia was also great about sending photos and updates which we super appreciated. Bella will definitely be staying with Yesnia again!

I currently have a 9 year old poodle, a very little happy dog. He gets along very amazingly well with all kinds of breeds big and small. He is also good at helping socializing your dog, & provide mental stimulation. As I do work with pets is only fair that he also joins the fun with us !
