Xena is a cat person! She took such good care of our two kitties! We had planned a 10 day trip for our 20th wedding anniversary and were unable to book our usual sitter. We found Xena on Rover and couldn’t be happier. She really gave our two Siberian cats loving attention. She followed our instructions / requests for Beau our 1 year old boy, and Bella our 10 year old girl. She played with Beau and let him burn off some energy. Bella with extra long fluffy fur needs brushing to prevent hairballs and she also loves affection. We had some feeding instructions such as giving calming probiotic to Beau and hairball remedy to Bella. Xena addressed their individual needs. We scheduled her to come twice per day because Beau can get a bit hangry. He’s not ready to be left for 24 hours between visits. Xena was able to visit the kitties morning and evening each day. She sent us detailed notes and photos after each visit. The way she wrote about them, and described her time with them, told me she was doing a great job because I could see their individual personalities shining through her words. This really put us at ease while we were so far away from home. We were able to enjoy our trip without any worries about how our kitties were doing. When we returned both kitties were happy to see us, but they were clearly happy in general. Believe me after a lifetime of having cats, they find a way to let you know when they haven’t had a good experience with a sitter. They had a good experience with Xena and so did we!
