Pet care experience
There has not been a day of my 36 years on this planet I have not owned a dog. I have trained two therapy dogs and am good with behavioral issues. I love to run and jog and would love to wear your dog(s) out. Or have them cuddle with me while you are away. I work from home so am extremely flexible when it comes to when I am available. I love being outside and getting fresh air and would love to take your dog(s) with me. I am also willing to go to the dog park if you would prefer that. I have pet sat for the past 12 years and have yet to have any compliants or anything bad happen while I am watching them. I love animals more then most and I think you will be able to see that once you meet me!

Whitey, what can I say about her... She is absolutely wonderful!! She watched my little guy who is 5 months old for 3 days while we were out of town, of course I was nervous about leaving my baby with someone I don't know and was worried about him. We did a meet before hand I instantly knew she would be perfect! She loves animals very much and cares about thier well being. She communicated with me several times a day and sent pictures and videos and you could see how happy he was she alsk took the time to provide his feeding schedule like we do at home! Thank you so much!! I would recommend her 100% to anyone. I will use her again in the future
Many thanks to Whitney who took my pup and a friend's pup for two nights. She was on it with pre-stay communication, pics, a video and updates during my pups stay and an easy pick-up/drop-off. The dogs were obviously content during their stay and happy when we picked them up. What impressed me the most was her introducing the dogs staying with her one by one so one one would get overwhelmed.
Whitney is our favorite sitter and is SO good with dogs! She truly understands them and their dynamics and has a great home and home business setup. I feel bad because I often lose track of time and end up booking last minute but her availability and responsiveness are hard to beat. Our dog always comes back happy - a combo of a loving dogsitter and good playtime with other pups
Whitney was very good with my cat, which was a bit of a surprise because my cat can be feisty with new people. Always did her check ins with play time and attention on time and with plenty of pictures.

I have a fully fenced in back yard. Baby gates and door buddies are used inside to protect all the creatures within the house. I do have cats, but they are very used to new dogs coming in.

I love all dogs! All shapes and sizes. I am pretty strong and have trained a number of dogs to leash walk and am not afraid of a puller. The only requirement I have is if they come to hang out at my house, they must be okay with cats. Curiosity is fine as my cats are very used to that, but they cannot be aggressive with them.
A typical day
My favorite places to walk are along the Riverfront trail, in Palisade or Fruita. I am also willing ti simply walk around your nieghborhood if your dog(s) prefer that. At home the animals are allowed on the furniture and in the bed. They will be loved on and treated like one of my own. They will have plenty of socialization with my very friendly dogs and cats.

Availability
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule during the day. I love to run and hike and simply being outside. When boarding, all the animals get love and attention. They are treated as well as I treat me own.
