Hello my name is Wanda, I’ve always had dogs in my life, and now that I’m retired, dog sitting has become such a fun and rewarding hobby for me! I love having a furry friend around to keep me company, and since I only watch one dog at a time, your pup will get plenty of individual attention, love, and care during their stay. I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. Since I’m retired, I’m home all day and can give your dog plenty of attention throughout their stay. I enjoy spending time relaxing, playing, and taking walks with the dogs I care for. We live in a quiet countryside area with a large unfenced yard and plenty of grass around the house for walks and outdoor time. Dogs are always kept on a leash while outside for their safety. There aren’t other dogs nearby or lots of people walking dogs past the house, making it a peaceful environment for pups who prefer a calmer setting. I keep a very clean and comfortable home, but dogs are absolutely welcome to hop up on the couch, get cozy, and relax with us! My home is very laid back, and my goal is for your dog to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. ❤️🐾

I'm home full time, so I can dedicate my time to your dog/s. I'm no stanger to waking up in the middle of the night to walk the dog.

When I walk the dogs around my property I always put them on a leash, but inside the house they are free to wonder around the house. We have a one level house with only one step to get inside great for senior dogs. The only other people that live here are my husband and adult daughter. We have no small children in the house and no pets. I only watch one dog at a time.

When I watch a dog, they get all the love and attention they deserve. We relax together, go on peaceful walks, cuddle on the couch, and I make sure they get plenty of belly rubs, treats, and gentle care. It’s a calm, cozy environment where your dog will feel safe and happy just like home.
