I tailor my care to each animal’s unique needs and personality. I’ve raised and trained my family dog since he was a puppy, and continue to teach him new tricks and enrichment activities (he’s even started using speech buttons!). I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether it’s a short walk to let them sniff and explore, or a full day of cuddles, play, and mental stimulation with treat puzzles and training games. I live in a quiet, pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of walking space and greenery. I also make sure to create a calm, enriching environment for smaller pets who prefer cozy indoor time. To ensure every pet gets my full attention and care, I only host one pet at a time. Your companion will be treated like family, with plenty of love, patience, and personalized care.

Virinca is not only a great sitter but a great human. I had an emergency (two weeks out of town when my dog sitter contracted appendicitis leaving my dog stranded and in need of a sitter) and Virinca swooped in, picked up my dog, kept me informed, and returned to me a happy, well fed dog (and even flexed the pickup time to allow me to pick up my dog after midnight on my day of return). I cannot recommend her enough. What a great experience. Thank you!
I had to go out of town for work short notice and needed someone to watch my dog, Widow. Virinca stepped in and did an absolutely amazing job. She was reliable, responsible, and took great care of Widow. I was impressed with her attention to detail and she sent updates on Widow. I can confidently say that Virinca exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter.

I’m very leash- and open-door-conscious (my family dog trained me well by being a curious escape artist!). Whether your pet is a runner or a cuddler, I always prioritize safety and awareness. I live in a pet-free, child-free home, so there’s nothing lying around that might be a hazard or too tempting for curious noses (or paws). There’s plenty of space to set up your pet’s belongings so they feel connected to their usual routine. The apartment is bright, airy, and has a minimalist-style decor, making it calm, clean, and comfortable for animals of all sizes. For pets who enjoy lounging, there’s lots of sunlight and soft spots. In the warmer months, the A/C keeps the space cool and comfy. There’s also a secure balcony with a view of the neighborhood which is perfect for safe sniffing and squirrel watching!

A typical day
Your pet will get plenty of attention, playtime and enrichment throughout the day. I live in a spacious, pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of greenery, perfect for strolls and safe exploration (for pets who enjoy the outdoors). They might even spot some squirrels, birds, or other pets from a safe distance! For dogs, we’ll go on walks, play, and do fun cognitive exercises like treat puzzles and tricks to keep their minds engaged. For cats, I offer plenty of playtime with interactive toys, cozy spots to lounge, and gentle affection on their terms. For smaller pets like rabbits or guinea pigs, I’ll make sure they get time out of their enclosure (if permitted), enrichment activities, and a calm, secure environment. No matter the species, I always aim to create a day that’s fun, comforting, and tailored to your pet’s personality and needs!

I work from home with a flexible schedule. I visit family on select weekends, but apart from that, I am available as needed. I enjoy taking daily walks-- especially with a curious companion! And I enjoy winding down the day with some thoughtful games and cozy TV-watching.
