I've taken care of many pets my entire life. I had German Shepherds growing up and Labradors in my later life. *New update: I just rescued my new dog who is about 2-3 years old. She enjoys playing with other dogs. I care for pets while their families were away. I am a true animal lover and would love to give your pet comfort while you are away. I am retired from my business of being a housekeeper of 35+ years and now working only as a pet sitter. This will give me plenty of time to care for your fur baby! I will care for your fur baby and your home as my own! I will walk/feed your pet as needed and clean up any messes they may make.

Violet was so great to work with! She welcomed our Milli into her family! She sent us videos and pictures throughout the week. Needless to say we could tell Milli had a very fun week!! We appreciate you Violet! Thank you!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the care provided for my dog! Violet went above and beyond to make sure my pup was well taken care of. They provided regular updates and photos, which put me at ease while I was away. My dog came home happy and relaxed, a true sign of how comfortable and loved they felt during their stay. I highly recommend Violet for anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and reliable dog sitter. I’ll definitely be booking again!
Violet met me for a meet and greet and agreed to do a recurring 30 min visit on Mondays, she stated the drive was not bad at all, 20 min to my place. After her initial Monday visit, she waited until the following Saturday afternoon to message me stating she would have to raise her Rover prices by $7 per visit or she would not be coming any longer. This left me no time to find a new sitter. She arrived an hour later than scheduled on the only day she came and didn’t use a rover card to let me know when she was coming or going. I have cameras so I knew she was not there on time. Not trustworthy and wouldn’t ever use her again. The feedback I received from her only visit, “ it’s so sad your dog is home by herself while you’re at work”, a lot of great dog owners have to work but are still excellent dog parents but I was made to feel neglectful that I had to leave her to go to work. She is not crated and has full run of the house and an hour walk before I leave, but I’m a bad dog owner. Terrible experience.

Violet treated all our girls so well! She played with them and gave them all attention in her caring, upbeat way. The house was all in order and all the dogs were happy! I couldn't ask for anything more. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!
Violet is the most loving and attentive dog sitter we have had! She takes such wonderful care of our 17 year old corgi mix, and sends me video clips and photos throughout the day of their walks and snuggle time. When we recently had to go back out of town, Violet made herself available to watch our dog again. She stays in our home and leaves it perfectly clean. Most importantly, our dog LOVES Violet!!! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend her ♥️

I have a sweet female dog that enjoys playing with other dogs but who can also be very mellow if the dog does not want to play. I also enjoy taking bike rides with the dogs in my large XL basket. Long walks keep both me and the dogs healthy!
