Pet care experience
As the youngest of six children, I have been the built in babysitter and petsitter for most of my life. From a Toy Aussie to a Cane Corso; I have dealt with special breeds, special needs and making sure medicine goes down with that special treat. One of my sisters manages a pretty well known rescue league, so I have seen my fair share of variety in lovable pets and I have a pretty high maintenance puppy of my own. She is a guarded breed that I rescued from an undeserving person and we work hard every day learning how to be a dog and training to use appropriate behaviors everywhere we go. Before I found her she was very much so neglected and abused and she was only 4 months old. Now she’s spoiled and in charge at my house wooooof 🥰
Reviews
Victoria and I hit it off immediately because we almost have the same name and our styles of pet care matched just as well. She has cared for my dog once a week for the past few years and I don’t know where we would be without her! She has helped with everything from behavioral issues to every day exercise. She’s practically part of the family now and my dog cannot wait to see her every week. It makes being away from him so much easier knowing that he is in such great hands. Shes also been available to us short notice and for emergencies. She never fails to show up when we need her and are do grateful for that. Thanks Vic!

I have a beautiful pit bull puppy that I rescued from an undeserving individual where she was very much so abused and neglected. She didnt even know how to be a dog when I found her because she was trapped in a staircase or left outside in freezing temperatures being exposed to hypothermia when she was under four months old. We work very hard on learning appropriate behaviors and being the kind, gentle and loving girl that she is today. She is very much so loved and spoiled with toys, treats and attention now. Her name is Roxie

Information Victoria L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if there is something that you would like us to do or learn or explore and I am happy to accommodate. Unless we speak directly and I have your permission, my dog will not accompany me to any other pet/dog’s home. She stays at home and your pet will have my full attention.
A typical day
My dog and I like to have at least 30 minutes to an hour of free sniffing and roaming everyday. Believe it or not, that is the equivalent in exercise and mental stimulation as a 20 minute run/walk for a dog. I like to let her lead our walks on the leash. That way she always knows how to lead us home too! Then we like to run around with the soccer ball when she feels like playing with me. Most of the times she just likes to play keep away from mama as I chase her around the yard saying “Gimme that ball! HEY! Let me play! Im gonna get that ball!” When she’s in the mood for a long, hot walk we go down to the beach in our neighborhood. Shes a natural swimmer and LOVES swimming. We also like to break sticks in our yard every day and put them in the fire pit. I let the dog lead the way, but we have fun no matter what we do!
