It was difficult at first to leave Kona as he has never been away from us. Vicky was very welcoming at the meet & greet a couple of weeks earlier. I could see right away that she is in a real comfort zone with dogs/cats and showed that to Kona as well. She was kind enough to send me pictures during his stay and comforting words as well. When picking up Kona , our dog was excited to see us but also comfortable to think that we were staying and headed back up the stairs into her house when we tried to leave. I would definitely reach out to her again if it is required. Thank you Vicky for your friendliness and doing what you do -it put our hearts at ease knowing he was in good hands.
