Excellent professional and caring service.
Vanessa took excellent care of my kitty! In addition to the cuddles and playtime, she tended to a sore on my cat’s belly from over-grooming. She also made her a new string toy that she loves. I am especially appreciative of Vanessa’s policy to only board one cat at a time. My cat is much more comfortable that way, and I know she’s getting Vanessa’s full love and attention. :) I would definitely board my cat with Vanessa again!
Really great--clear instructions on what to bring, Lizzie took to her immediately, sent pics to show how she's doing every couple of days. Couldn't ask for more.
