Hi there! I grew up on a farm and as a child I had different kinds of pets, but mostly dogs. Right now my husband and I have a Yorkie. We've had him for 11 years. My love for dogs has grown over the years! When your dog is in my care I will take care of him or her as if it was my own fur child! I like to reward dogs every time they perform good behavior. If you let me know what works for your dog (as far as commands) I will make sure to use them. I want to make your dogs' stay as comfortable as possible. I want to make him or her feel like they are at home.

Vanessa was so accommodating with my long hours and weekend schedule. Oscar was happy to be dropped off every morning and exhausted when I picked him up. Would definitely recommend!
Our dog stayed with Vanessa for two weeks, and I would give her a 6-star review if I could. She sent pictures and videos each day to let us know how he was doing. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone and everyone looking for someone to help with their dog.
Vanessa did a great job taking care of our dog Luna while we were away for a few weeks on v Amarion’s Recieved regular photo updates and communication was easy with her. We hope to book again in the future.

I was so nervous leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time. After messaging with Vanessa, my fears were put at ease! After meeting her, I felt 100% confident my little dog, Cricket, was with a loving, caring, and knowledgable caretaker. By the time I got home from our initial drop-off, Vanessa had already messaged me photos of Cricket enjoying a walk and loving their time together. During Cricket's stay, I received daily updates, pics, and even videos. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my beloved pet was in such wonderful hands. I look forward to booking stays with Vanessa again! She is truly amazing!!!
Vanessa was a really great dog sitter for my furbaby Chopper (yorkie). Chopper is very fearful of new humans but when I explained his character to Vanessa I could tell that she was listening and really cared. As a pet parent I can definitely tell between a sitter that cares about the well-being of your dog versus one that just does it as a job. Vanessa was super great with giving Chopper his medicine since he was sick during his stay with her. She was very communicative and sent pictures everyday which was great. I feel safe leaving Chopper in Vanessa's watch and hope to keep booking her in the future!

I work from home so I am able to provide multiple potty breaks during the day. I currently provide my dog with multiple potty breaks during the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Since I work from home I’ll be with your dog 99% of the time. I’ll be able to keep an eye on him or her and they will be able to play with my dog throughout their stay. Since I don’t have a fenced backyard your dog will be taken out with their leash on at all times.
