I'm Vanesa and my big passion are animals. I have 1 cat and a dog. I have more than 10 years of experience with animals, 2 years in Reiki for animals and animals comunication, I am a nutritionist specialising in natural diets and a holistic therapist for animals, well as 5 years in Spain and The Netherlands in shelters (asilos). I'm currently a socialisation volunteer at stichting Zwerfdier in Alkmaar. Why do you love cats? My answer is: how not to love them! I speak Spanish, Portuguese, English and a medium level of Dutch. My goal is for you to feel confident and and peace of mind during your holiday becaude your animal is being cared for by a professional who knows what she/he needs and i can resolve emergency situations. Vanessa was wonderful with my cat Sonia, she looked after her for 2,5 weeks and did a great job. She was always very quick with communication, found her way with Sonia easily (Sonia is not so easy on communication with people she doesn't know), send us pictures and videos regularly for reassurance, that all is going well. Vanessa left our place beautifully tidy before our return. I highly recommend Vanessa! Svetlana
It took Vanesa just 2 days to win the trust of my two shy and timid cats. She sent photos and videos every day and I came home to find two relaxed cats. Communication before, during and after the booking went very well; she is quick to respond.
We were so happy for Vanessa to take care of our cats. She really bonded with them and took time to play with them. We loved the pictures and videos she send us during our holiday. It’s good to know who we can ask for a next time 😉
Vanesa was really fantastic! The cats loved her. She went above and beyond cleaning the litter box and giving food and water. She played with them and sent us pictures and videos. As parents, this gave us a lot a lot of peace and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. She was also very communicative before and after our vacation. We have now found our permanent cat sitter!
