Dogs are people too!
I have worked and volunteered with animals for many years. They are my passion. I have worked at a Humane Society and volunteered at Guide Dogs of America. I have also owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, iguanas, snakes and tortoises. Ive recenlty had the opportunity to foster a liter of kittens. I believe pets are a part of the family and I treat each one like they are my own. There are no children or other pets in my home, so your pet will get plenty of attention and a serene environment.

Valerie dropped in on our boys while we were out of town for a day. My boys are definitely barky and Valerie knew exactly how to calm them down. Would definitely book again!

Valerie is amazing! She went above and beyond. I was very anxious about leaving our 2yr old Malinois with a new sitter. She took the time to meet with us not only once but twice to make sure everything would go smoothly. She cares for our old man lab and our very rambunctious malinois and they love her.

I am fortunate to have a schedule that allows me to do the things that I enjoy and being with animals is what makes me happy! Caring for your pet is my first priority, so when I have a dog over, I am always available. I would love to have your pup over. Let's set up a meet and greet!

Indoors, pets have access to A/C and heating, big couches, soft bed and plenty of room to roam. I also have a large kennel inside, if you require one. Outside, I have a brick wall surrounding the majority of my backyard. There are also wrought iron fences and high gates. In addition, we have a covered patio, a cement pathway and a large yard for playing catch. When I bought this house I made sure it was animal friendly. We live in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking.

Your pet is welcome to roam free and get on the furniture or snuggle in bed, if that's what they prefer! Or we can play fetch outside in the backyard. I love to play chase with the dogs or hide and seek. When your dog comes over, be sure they will get lots of belly rubs and booty scratches. I also like to bake homemade treats for my dogs.

- I have alot of experience working with senior dogs and dogs that are nervous or timid. If your dog has anxiety, any special needs or tends to get homesick, let me know, and I will do anything I can to accommodate their needs. I have the love and patience your pup needs to become comfortable. I treat each pup as if they were my own. And I love to make my dogs the center of my world! I enjoy watching their personalites blossom and sending you pics, so you can be sure they are in a safe, loving environment.
