Val is my neighbor and she is very sweet and helpful. I have a Shih-Tzu, Peyton, that loves to walk, but I’m not able to do so. Val often offers to walk Peyton on nice days and Peyton is always excited to see Val. Peyton gets her cuddles and her walk and loves to see Val anytime she can.
